I have only had the system for 3 days and have figured out of “how to” things on my own already. I am not a techie person. I was confused as to how the subscription and pricing worked initially, called customer service and they were great. Walked me thru it while on the phone. Anxious to see if it works as well in Canada. I was able to find curling as well.

I absolutely love this i bought a roku tcl 32inch a year ago that shot craps so i was hesitant. Got it home hooked up signed in and i am so happy it put all my channels back and add two more with in minutes. It also has voice command so just made everything so much easier my kids can say what they want to watch and it starts it. Love love love

well, i have to admit I was skeptical about the product. We all know how this goes, promise the moon settle for.. well, it works. The stick is not in that genre at all. It lives up to all the pomp.. it is incredibly easy to set up and get running. Not only that but it really does run faster. I have first and second generation Roku boxes, love them. however, they will be replaced now. I highly recommend this product to new or existing Roku buyers. Great product that lives up to its hype.

I replaced my Amazon Firestick with the Roku and I am very pleased with the results! The only issue that I have noted is the fact that when viewing YouTube I note quite a number of "freezes" or "Speeding up" of video. Initially when I used the Roku there was none of the above symptoms happening, so I feel the problem is either acquired or I have problems at my end.

I bought one when my cable company switched to a mandatory box for each tv in our home. We have a professionally mounted tv in our bedroom and I didn't want to see wires so I tried Roku. About 2 months later I returned all but 1 cable box and use Roku throughout my home. Lowered my cable bill and have the convenience of TV anywhere in our home!!

I got the Roku about 3 mouths ago and it was the best thing I've ever seen I have my cuz boyfriend down to watch it and he wants one so he got raid of direct TV and lowered the price each month to just the internet bill . So now he has bitter TV. More channels and movie's than he ever had ... Plus no problems in bad weather break-ups .... And all a very happy Roku person....

This replaced the original ROKU stick I had for 2-1/2 years. The old one just stopped functioning. I have no idea why. I hope the new stick enjoys better longevity. I was both surprised and pleased that the stick can be used to operate the TV ON/OFF function. This is a welcome convenience. I struggled a bit getting the new stick recognized as the HDMI port didn't show up as the "ROKU". Still doesn't while the old one did. I also have DirectTV feeding in another HDMI port as well as a DVD player and VHS tape deck as well. One thing that does bother me is that the bottom of the stick is slightly convex rather than flat and also very light, maybe 2-3 ounces? Since I use a common smooth-top end table to park the stick it has a tendency to skid off the table when I put it down or even when the table is bumped. This is annoying. I am seeking some sort of material such as a mouse pad bottom or similar stuff to attach to the stick to keep it from wandering.

Isn't this the whole idea of the Streaming Stick? I actually tried the 'other guys' device, and it was just so confusing. One less remote to put the batteries in. This device is actually faster and clearer. Go ahead; spend the extra money. Well worth it!

I decided to stop paying double for cable and purchased three Roku+ sticks and SlingTV instead. Wish I would've made this decision a long time ago. Better than cable, I have more options and pay half the monthly price with streaming services and internet. Love Roku!!!

I purchased this after buying a Roku TV. The Streaming Stick was added to my plasma TV. My main complaint, news feed will not load, customerservice lacking. There is a News feed I think it's from AOL under the Home page, these feeds will not load. They spin for about a second then nothing. I submitted a ticket to Roku 5 days ago, still no reply except 1, someone will get back to you in 24 hours. I considering returning it going back to the Amazon stick as I don't know if the device has a problem that I will regret. Rebooting it, unplugging it, setting it back to factory standards still hasn't fixed the News issue. Some pluses...... Oddly this device does have a nighttime listening mode, this isn't a jack for ear phones, but a dynamic compression pushing the loudest noise and the softest towards the middle. This is a very nice feature, it needs to be added to the 32 Roku TV. The dongle WIFI is also a plus.
