I bought the Roku Streaming Stick + six weeks ago and cancelled my high price cable company and never looked back. Very easy setup and user friendly menu. Hundreds of free movies and TV apps to choose from. Providers have very reasonable rates if you choose to use one. Wish I would have bought the Roku a long time ago and saved a ton of money. Love my Roku and you will too!!!

I have a TCL Roku tv and was disappointed with the remote, you have to point it directly at the tv to turn it on and everything else. I purchased the Steaming Stick Plus on Black Friday and hooked it up. I still get a great picture and use the same remote to turn on the tv and can point the remote in any direction.

This is a marked improvement from the old Roku I had. Picks up wifi perfectly and I love that you don't have to point the remote right at a receiver for it to work. Also the remote controls TV volume and power now which is especially outstanding if, like me, you watch mostly Roku in a room and therefore don't need to change the input very often. I definitely recommend it.

I already had a ROKU stick, needed a 2nd one and so ordered this one. The remote that came with this one INCLUDES the ability to sync with the TV and control off/on and volume (previous remote did not have that, we had to switch back and forth). I have had no problems with my old (and yes it's old) ROKU stick or with this one.

So far so good using the stick +. It picks up signals well and stream nicely. My one crab is when you use the TV as the power source instead of plug, the start up takes too long in my opinion. At first I thought something was wrong with it but all my sticks do the same thing. Since the cord Roku provides is not long enough to reach a outlet in most cases., using the tv usp slot to power it is the most convenient choice.

I have used Roku sense early introduction and this Roku streaming stick Plus is my very favorite device. I love the volume and the power button on the remote and the 4K pictures are beautiful. I appreciate being able to enjoy my 4K television with my Roku. It's a really good value for its price as well.

I purchased this about two weeks ago and very satisfied with it. The stick is easy and simple to set up and I am enjoying all the free channels. Also I was having problems with my LG TV Internet connection but Roku fixed that issue with just a steps.

I bought the Roku Ultra device about a month ago. I cut the cable and was able to watch live sports, local news and all kinds of free movie and live tv applications in minutes. My bill is only including the internet and an online subscription to SlingTV. The instructions were easy as soon as I figured out what I did with my Wi-Fi unsername and password. Thanks to the developers and CEO of Roku. My family is really enjoying our streaming experience on 3-4 devices at the same time.

This model of Roku is by far the easiest to set up! I was up and running in no time at all. The quality is great as is everything about it. I highly recommend the basic streaming stick for everyone...especially if you're a senior like I am. Not complicated at all!!

Just purchased this from Best Buy after learning that ComCast had partnered with Roku to make it easy to deliver TV signals to a remote set without having to either run cable and rent another box or the drop many dollars into a local WiFi based contraption that works but with difficulty. I am very pleased with my streaming stick plus. The setup was easy and tracked well with the included instructions. So far so good. My one wish is that Comcast would allow a user to initiate a new recording through the Roku remote. Other than that it's great. I should also mention that the Roku remote has all the functionality of the tv remote making the RV remote no longer needed.
