I just received this. I own three other Roku streaming devices. My Ultra completely quite working after two years. In that time frame my first remote quite working in 6 months, the 2nd one that Roku was nice enough to provide as a replacement only lasted one year. I would not waste money on the Ultra. In that same timeframe I owned two streaming sticks on other TV's. They are still working great. My new streaming stick was easy to install and it looks to be even better than my other streaming sticks. The remote with mute button is fantastic. Recommend the streaming stick as the BEST BUY.

Had an issue setting up Streaming Stick +. It got stuck at 'Auto Detect display settings' - during set up. It froze at that point. And there was no easy resource for a workaround - even after Google searching for a resolution. Very frustrating! I figured it out on my own. I had to continually press the 'Home' button on the remote, as the Roku was 'booting'.

Worked fine for 6 months, but then became unstable. Had to constantly reboot (unplug) and restart 2x per week. Not covered by 90 day warranty.

I love the roku so much I told alot of my friends and they purchased a roku as well. I have 3 now. 1 for each tv

Wish we would have cut satellite sooner! Saving so much money every month, and the Roku makes it super simple

There appears to be an issue with the remote inputs are not instantaneous and more often then not they do not register.

Cannot connect properly to Amazon Prime and can't find help to do so. Hours spent in trial and error.

Should have stuck with my Roku 3, this new one overheats. They have an extension cable to fix the issue but seems like a major design flaw

I will return this Roku, it doesn't work. I've called the customer service number, but they couldn't help. Maybe the newer version is better?

Worked for a day then stopped working. Should also come with a 90 degree HDMI adapter or ROKU should make one at a 90 degree angle.
