I love the features of this Roku stick! It has replaced my regular remote and now we just need the one. It is easy to set up and just as easy to use as any other Roku we have owned. Love that the stick does not need to be plugged in to a power outlet and simply uses the television's power.

I love the new Stick because I am not loosing connections more than 4 times a DAY. Now it's only once or twice a week! Yay! I do have a problem with the remote. Instead of only pressing OK once to get where I want to go, I now have to press 2 or 3 time. See if you can work on that?

Replaced my trusted old Roku xs and enjoyed the slick setup and ease of use with the remote My only criticism is that the length of the supplied power cord connection is way too short and required an extension cord. I can imagine too many installations that could use it without an extension I still feel it was a good choice over the amazon stick for the usefulness of the remote and on screen interface ease of use.

Had an issue setting up Streaming Stick +. It got stuck at 'Auto Detect display settings' - during set up. It froze at that point. And there was no easy resource for a workaround - even after Google searching for a resolution. Very frustrating! I figured it out on my own. I had to continually press the 'Home' button on the remote, as the Roku was 'booting'.

For the price of the device I would have thought the HDMI extender for it. A lot of TV's do not have the room to plug it in. Sure they offer a free one if you request it, but who wants to wait for it to come in. I used on that came with a Fire stick and it works fine.

I have 7 Tv's in my house and have bought ROKU streaming sticks for a few of them. It wouldn't work on my son's tv as it was the further from the router. I did some research and this one is advertised to have 4x's the Wi-Fi range as the other streaming sticks. I thought this would work as it is literally maybe 20 further from the router than my tv which has a regular streaming stick. It did nothing different but cost me an extra $40. Very disappointed. Going to have to buy a new router.

I bought a Roku Streaming Stick earlier today and it has not worked for me. My signal strength says excellent but nothing is loading. I got in touch with a CSR and basically after a factory reset that's all they could do and all they can offer is a replacement that is not guaranteed to work. I feel like i have wasted my money and I am displeased as I have another Roku that works just fine. I just want my money back.

Roku did the one thing that I missed and was most frustrated by using my older Streaming Sticks - they provided power and volume controls. Wished they offered a keyboard so that I could move through the search process quicker - or at least find an improved way to accomplish this function. Do wish they provided an e-mail address to address problems.

I purchased my Roku Streaming Stick + three days ago and I couldn't be happier. The only wire that I need is the USB power cable that connects to the TV. The picture quality is superb and so far I have had no latency issues. I highly recommend this product.

We have been a Roku family for years. We have streaming sticks or Roku ready tv in living and bedrooms. We didn't have great internet reception in the back of our older home, so figured we would try a better and newer stick. So far it is working great (although was an Easter gift, so only been using it a day). We are grateful that this stick so far has helped maintain our internet reception.
