Excellent product

Bought the Streaming Stick Plus about a year ago and it's worked great up until a couple months ago. The new enhanced remote constantly disconnects from the Roku and I have to reboot the Roku and re-pair the remote, which may take 2-3 tries. It does it on a weekly basis now and it drives me crazy! Before this issue started I was going to buy a couple more Rokus but not now. I'll be getting an Apple TV in the future. I'm done with Roku.

We just cancelled our cable tv service and have one large tv with the ultra Roku device, one Roku tv that is new, and now this Streaming Stick for an upstairs tv, and with the wireless technology built into this Streaming Stick and cords that are so easily joined together and then plugged into a power strip on the same shelf as the tv,, there was no problem in getting instant tv with the Roku screen. I just used the computer in my office downstairs, to access my Roku account and enter in the code for the tv upstairs, and then it also downloaded, automatically, the streaming channels we had chosen previously on the other tvs also using Roku. It was SO easy, and the remote is the only one we need to control the tv now. We just put the regular tv remote on a storage shelf. WE REALLY LIKE ROKU!!!!!! We use all three tvs EVERY DAY.

I love the new Stick because I am not loosing connections more than 4 times a DAY. Now it's only once or twice a week! Yay! I do have a problem with the remote. Instead of only pressing OK once to get where I want to go, I now have to press 2 or 3 time. See if you can work on that?

Have 4 Roku sticks (models 3500) about 4 years old. All still working, but none would work with YouTube TV app. So, I upgraded one of my old sticks to this new Stick + to run the YouTube TV app. This new stick is fantastic. Very fast, has voice lookup, tv volume control. All great advancements. The most notable thing is the speed of operation. It was easy to setup. I will probably upgrade my other old sticks over time.

I have 2 Roku Ultras bought within 2 weeks of each other. 1 Roku needs rebooted frequently for the past 16 months, now it is completely dead. Other Roku is starting to show the exact same symptoms. I have tried different power supplies and that hasn't helped. Of course neither is under warranty. Oh well no more Roku for me.

My cable bill (Comcast) kept getting higher and higher so I took my cable box out and put in a roku! It's fast, I can watch anything I want to whenever I want to and it was so easy to install. I love it! There are so many options out there to stream!

Just purchased this from Best Buy after learning that ComCast had partnered with Roku to make it easy to deliver TV signals to a remote set without having to either run cable and rent another box or the drop many dollars into a local WiFi based contraption that works but with difficulty. I am very pleased with my streaming stick plus. The setup was easy and tracked well with the included instructions. So far so good. My one wish is that Comcast would allow a user to initiate a new recording through the Roku remote. Other than that it's great. I should also mention that the Roku remote has all the functionality of the tv remote making the RV remote no longer needed.

Purchased this an an upgrade to the Stick I had used for a few years. Shortly after we began to develop connectivity and playback quality issues. After jumping thru a couple hoops with customer service the unit was ultimately replaced under warranty. The replacement unit again began developing connection & playback issues after a couple of months. Now after 2 mos of dealing with BS from customer service I'm told it's an ISP issue. Except that all my other devices connect & stay connected just fine even while the Roku+ experiences a problem.

We own 5 Roku sticks. I'd say for me personally, I use the stick instead of watching cable a good 50-60% of the time now. The amount of streaming channels that come on board every month when I check is way more than I expected. There are constantly new streaming channels to choose from. Of all the dozens and dozens we have, only Netflix and Amazon Prime are ones pay for. All the others are free. Oh, and setup and use is a breeze! Very well thought out!
