I don't know what the whining is about in other reviews, I have two TVs with it and one with express. It works very well and there is ample selection to watch free. I suggest the lazy people turn it off if they are not watching or buy a modern TV that has a screensaver. Cant wait for it to go on sale to get another one

set up was easy, works well with my tv. YouTube works with out using a browser!, has many Apps, Although it is pretty fast when loading Apps, I didn't give it 4 stars even though I wish it was faster and volume button was on the front instead of the side and had a sleep mode so I know its not using any WiFi bandwidth and possibly leaving a possible way for someone to hack in my network. When registering and setting up an account I had to put in card number(debit or credit). I don't intend to buy anything, this should be a option in my opinion. These are all minor nitpicks for me.

Just installed the Roku Streaming Stick+, 4th Roku streaming stick installation. Easy installation and easy to follow set-up instructions. Like the added mute button on the remote. Would like to enter channel numbers instead of scrolling thru the channel list on some apps, only reason for a 4 rating. The "+" has much better WiFi connectivity and less buffering.

We just cancelled our cable tv service and have one large tv with the ultra Roku device, one Roku tv that is new, and now this Streaming Stick for an upstairs tv, and with the wireless technology built into this Streaming Stick and cords that are so easily joined together and then plugged into a power strip on the same shelf as the tv,, there was no problem in getting instant tv with the Roku screen. I just used the computer in my office downstairs, to access my Roku account and enter in the code for the tv upstairs, and then it also downloaded, automatically, the streaming channels we had chosen previously on the other tvs also using Roku. It was SO easy, and the remote is the only one we need to control the tv now. We just put the regular tv remote on a storage shelf. WE REALLY LIKE ROKU!!!!!! We use all three tvs EVERY DAY.

I have 2 of the 4K streaming sticks +. They often take forever to respond to the remote, with me more often than not having to disconnect and re-connect. It is very aggravating. But once they finally respond they are awesome. Like them better than my fire cube and fire stick due to having more content and an easier user interface.

We bought the Roku Streaming Stick + on Black Friday and absolutely love it. We have had the Roku2 for a few years now and while it is a good product, the Roku2 lacks a few features. The Roku Streaming Stick+ has better remote access and it controls the volume and power to the TV as well. No codes to enter, it programs itself! Set up was very easy, it really is plug and play!

We love our Roku...we have had several different models and this one is by far our favorite. EXCEPT the remote. This model has the point every where remote and it CONSISTENTLY gives us problems. It loses connection and then takes forever to re-pair. I'm sure got a faulty product and this is not normal, just beware.

So far so good using the stick +. It picks up signals well and stream nicely. My one crab is when you use the TV as the power source instead of plug, the start up takes too long in my opinion. At first I thought something was wrong with it but all my sticks do the same thing. Since the cord Roku provides is not long enough to reach a outlet in most cases., using the tv usp slot to power it is the most convenient choice.

Replaced my trusted old Roku xs and enjoyed the slick setup and ease of use with the remote My only criticism is that the length of the supplied power cord connection is way too short and required an extension cord. I can imagine too many installations that could use it without an extension I still feel it was a good choice over the amazon stick for the usefulness of the remote and on screen interface ease of use.

Just received it a few days ago. Background is that we have a bonus room over a garage and just cannot get enough signal to run an older Roku unit. Tried a pricey wifi extender. Didn't help. This new Roku seems to have the extended range, as promised. Set up was lightning fast. Have watched multiple episodes of favorite series and the connection remains solid. Hoping this is the solution!
