Let's face it, built-in “smart” TV apps generally suck. I needed something that would perform snappily without crashing all the time while still being able to control my TV. Along comes Roku with volume and power controls on their remote! Bingo! Dump your cable package and ditch your so called smart TV OS for the real deal. It doesn't hurt that they priced this thing lower than a family night at the movies. Bravo, Roku. Bravo!

We have been using Roku streaming devices for years and they keep getting better all the time. This new streaming stick+ is the best one yet. Super easy to set up, basically just plug and play. The feature list is amazing. If you're thinking about buying your first Roku stick or upgrading from an older model think no further and just buy this one. You will love it!

I picked up the Streaming Stick + for one of my other TV's. Set up is very easy. Connect to the TV, power and pop the batteries into the remote and it takes over. Just answer the questions it asks. A nice feature is the remote can control the power and volume of the TV. It also has voice search for content. Pretty cool.

I have 2 of the Roku streaming sticks, & 1 roku ultra. I'm completely happy with all of my rokus. I like the streaming sticks because they plug into the back of my tv's, so they are not visible like the Ultra. Is that a deal breaker for me, not at all. They all work flawlessly. No hangups, h very quick & responsive. Excellent picture & sound on all of them!

Purchased to be able to watch Hulu Live even though I have a smart TV its a sony with android which apparently Hulu live does not support. Had Roku in the past and always been happy with it. This is no exception and much improved since my last one. I love how easy it was to install via hdmi and usb is awesome not needing to run a power cord so long as you have usb on tv of course.

I have had the streaming stick as well as the premier system. Installation was very easy to do. The picture quality is excellent. This is my second tiki prdicy. The first was about 5 years old. Time to up grade. The only knock on the tiki products is that there is not an instruction manual either in the box or on line. Figuring out how to use the menus and programming was problematic. I have had the system for 2 weeks and still do not know how to use all of the features.

I have been with ROKU for many years and the channel selection and navigation are excellent and the experience has not needed to change over the years because it works. The addition of the sound and power to the remote is a great game changer for ROKU in addition to voice search. Cutting the cord and ROKU has the edge. BUT - the pre-programmed buttons NEED TO BE configurable. The remote came with Sling, Vue, and one other one I do not use. Let the user program these keys please! I mean, we pay for it, right. Still excellent.

Bought one for my parents' new 4k tv because it worked so well with my HDTV. Simplicity is key to their using comfort but also features and performance. The Roku stick plus has both. Top notch product and support! Honestly and humorously took longer to put the batteries in the remote than install the stick.

I purchased the Roku to replace my Sony smart dvd player I had been using to stream HULU, Netflix and YouTube. The Sony kept losing connection to my wireless router which was a distance from my dvd player. The router is new OnHub. Setting up my stick was a snap using my smart phone and the easy instructions. Remote feels sturdy, well made and simple to use . I noticed the speed of connection right away. buffering is a thing of the past. I plan on getting another stick for the bedroom TV. I've had the stick for about a month and so far it works great.

I had a Roku2 for a few years and it caused YouTube TV to load slow. This new stick takes all the kinks out of YouTube TV. The channels load faster and are clearer. It uses USB power from my TV to power the stick. Great leap forward on the technology. I'm buying another today for my other room
