I needed a Roku in a part of the house furthest from the router. This model was advertised has having greater range - and that's proven true. I really enjoy the "on/off" and volume features. No need to use the supplied TV remote. Haven't tried the voice function....one step at a time.

Roku devices are a great alternative to expensive cable or satellite packages. I installed 2 of these last night. Clear directions on installation, mostly automated. Great to have TV power & volume controls on the remote. Starts up fast and is very quick to open apps and load content. These replaced 2 older Roku sticks (3500 & 3600) which worked well but were getting very slow to open and load content. This 3810 model is blazing fast in comparison. The stick is a nice clutter-free alternative to a box. Overall I am very pleased with Roku hardware, software, and web site.

I've had my Streaming Stick + for about a week and I have mixed thoughts. The remote with TV power and volume is helpful. However, I recently cut the cord with Comcast and rely on Playstation Vue for general TV watching, like The NCAA Tournament. Unfortunately, although the display type is auto detected as 4K HDR at 60Hz and HDCP 2.2, the picture appears 720p, at best. Sometimes, when I change channels, the picture starts at SD and I have surf around and come back to get a better picture.

I bought a new Roku stick because my previous Roku device was very old and was not performing well anymore. I am so glad I did... This thing is amazing with the voice search for the channels and the power and volume knobs built right into the remote so I don't have to use a separate remote for my TV. I highly recommend it!

I have a few different Rokus including TVs. I like this one the best. The remote works great unlike the express which you have to point directly at it. It also controls my TV which is a off brand that I have trouble getting remotes to connect to. Overall does the job!

I upgraded from the Streaming Stick 3500X and LOVE my new Roku Streaming Stick+ it has so many great new features. I like how I only have to use one remote to operate the tv itself and my Roku, along with having the ability to do voice control. It's worth the price!

I have cut cable and haven't missed it at all. The app selection had been great and I love the fact that they let me choose my providers. I had an Amazon fire stick prior and became very tired of the battles between them and Google over where I could store/view my content.

Control now has volume control and on/off button. I do not care for the pre-set buttons (netflex, Vue, sling and Hulu). I use non of these. I would prefer Direct TV Now and Amazon Prime. It would be great if the user could control pre-set buttons like on your car radio. The new controller does have a voice activated feature which can take the place of pre-sets. Just hold down the voice button and tell Roku which app to open. Works great.

This is my 4th Roku. I got the stick to replace the 3921X, we were having to restart the unit way to often. My other stick never had to do that. My husband is so happy now, The interface is always easy and we particularly love the enhanced remote with vol and now a mute button!

Ordered this on Sunday and had it installed and working on Tuesday. It was easy to install - and there are very helpful Youtube videos if you need them. The remote has more features than my ROKU2 remote, including voice commands, volume control and power button for the TV. I used to have to make sure the remote was pointed directly at the ROKU device - not necessary with the Streaming Stick+ - I love it!
