I purchased this product to upgrade from Roku HD. What a huge difference in speed and responsiveness it is great to be able to select channels and programs and shows quickly and not have to wait for so long. Also the quality seems to be great. I also like the user interface which is consistent with the previous products so it's easy to jump from the old to the new product. The voice controls work well.

I bought the streaming stick + to improve content loading issues I've been having with live streaming services. Live streaming service connectivity has improved as well as picture definition. For the first time, I could tell that news commentators were wearing UV coated glasses because of their reflection of colors.

I've been using my Roku for a few weeks now and I'm so happy with it. It has so much to it that I haven't even explored all of it. I didn't want to have that monthly cable bill and with my Roku having so many free thing to watch, the only thing I have to pay for is the cost of the internet. After paying the initial cost of the Roku you don't have to pay for anything else unless you want to. There are so many free channels and movies. Buying the Roku was one of the best things I've ever bought..

I have been using for about a year, Romotes work when they want (Periodically and randomly). I have to re-pair almost 50 percent of the time I start my ROKU. I started to have internet connections issues after 6 months of use, device overheads causing connectivity problems. Other than that is a great tool with great features but the device itself must inprove in terms of functionality and performance.

Great new Roku, our last one finally died after many years. Happy to get a new one, MUCH faster and love the new format. ONLY PROBLEM: At first I liked the idea of the TV/Volume control on my Roku remote but it was terrible once installed. It controls the TV volume, not the entertainment system speakers. So every time I touched it it turned on the TV volume (which I normally keep muted to use the Panasonic speakers). BIG problem!! And then it also kept turning on the TV after I shut it down for the night!! I would shut down the TV and Roku would put it back on! (over and over again) I panicked at first because there were no instructions as to how to REMOVE this feature once installed. But then I realized i could just install again and told the setup system that "the music stopped" when it didn't. Therefore it was set for a remote that would not operate my TV. Would have given 5 stars on everything except for this issue.

I accidentally broke my PlayStation and needed something to replace it for the streaming ability. I didn't want to spend too much since I plan to buy a new PlayStation so I went to Walmart on the hunt for a streaming device. There were five different Roku devices and I chose the stick. The price was decent and I liked how I wouldn't need to do a lot of setup. I'm glad I made my choice. Not only was setup super easy, I can also use my phone to cast and as a remote using the app. It was a great investment.

I have a streaming stick with remote. The remote never works. I have to take out the batteries and put them back in to get it to work. Even that doesn't always work. I have to unplug the device and reboot it to be able to use remote. I've only had it 2 weeks and it is my only source of TV. I will not buy another.

Loved my original Roku. However, as age and infirmity crept in, looking for voice assist so as to not have to type. Only reason I moved up; so so easy to install. Downside having to enter account name/password again, but I used my tablet to make that process easier. All in all, it is a YES!

I recently bought a couple of Roku devices to replace my cable boxes and save money. The service works great and it's very easy to use. You can find so many channel apps on here to watch content when you want. Also, the price was very reasonable. Would recommend!

I bought a Roku Premier + about 6 months ago and was so happy with it that I recently bought a Roku streaming stick for the other TV. It installs with ease and is loaded with good content. The Product works so well that I cancelled my Satellite Service today.
