The set up for this Roku was quick and easy. I bought this streaming stick as a replacement to the Original roku which I had for several years. The picture quality is amazing and moving from app to app is super quick. The best thing about this Roku is you do not have to point the remote at the console because this remote is paired with the tv. The Roku Streaming Stick + is easily the best purchase I've made all year.

I bought it for an extra tv that I didn't want to install shelves under to hold other devices. I have 2 roku 4's. Wish I had sticks to replace them. I really like that I can control everything on the TV with the roku remote. It has long range control that worked across the hall from the TV.

I just purchased two units. They work flawlessly and are FAST! My most impressed moment - Roku including an extension cord for the device! (I had purchased one in anticipation of needing it for one of the locations.) This attention to detail by Roku is impressive. Keep up the great work!!

I purchased this item to improve reception at my TV. I am about 95% satisfied in the day that I have used it since arrival. I still am getting the occasional blurred picture which I expected to be gone. This was an upgrade to what I was using and was disappointed that I had to reenter all of my passwords before I could use it. I was expecting a smoother transition to the new equipment.

I bought this to replace HIGH cable bill at our seasonal home. Trust me when I say it was easy to set up. I just want things to work & I'm somewhat technology challenged,BUT,this took ME less than 10 minutes. Super easy.still getting used to it all &finding channels on here. I gave it 4 stars only because I wish there was access to major channels (network),locals,without paying for them. It's great for what we need it for -to use for 3months per year for an hour or two once in awhile Thanks for a great product. Would recommend to anyone. Thinking of getting one for normal residence if we could figure out the locals. Thanks!

Had a firestick for years. Wanted to try something different. Blown away about how easily it was to use and the personal shortcut buttons. Instead of 3 different remote. Roku can handle all in one. Also as a bonus free TV and movies...good ones mind you!

I love that I am able to control the TV on/off and volume from the Roku remote. The picture is very clear and it allows me to select "who's watching" on several of the channels. I have had Roku 1, 2, 3 and now Streaming Stick+. The only feature this one doesn't have that I like on the others is a headphone jack.

the user interface is good, and simple, but it steers users towards a complex hierarchy of paid/unpaid services, rather than just a list of channels, which is what cord cutters were used to. If you just want to watch local news, for example, you have to FIND it, first, and it's not on a simple list, it's in a hierarchy. There is a learning curve.

I am upgrading from a 2015 device. This thing is much smaller and it has no issues connecting to 5 GHz WiFi and it has no issues keeping up with FHD video streams. I haven't tried UHD streaming, but it doesn't appear that there will be any challenges. I loved how during setup it determined the TV and the volume and power immediately synchronized with the TV. That makes is really easy.

I just purchased this as my old remote stopped working. I have a Smart TV that I haven't been too happy with. This new Roku Streaming Stick has replaced all of the Smart TV features and is soooooooo much better: the sound is great, the picture is crystal clear, and I'm able to access all the channels I want. Awesome streaming device!
