I bought three of these to add to other TV's in the house (we alrady had a couple of the older style Roku sticks in use). This stick is a very nice upgrade from our older sticks. These are faster and being able to control many of the TV functions including volume and channel selction with just the Roku remote is great,

I bought this product because my television was not supporting YouTube any more. I was so happy to find more then just YouTube for free. I was amazed by how many apps are out there free. I also liked the fact that there is free cartons to watch for my kid. For example, PBS, Cartoon Network and many others.I do recommend for the development of easy cancellation on free trails. I still have this problem. I followed instructions to my understanding and I don't see the subscription cancellation. The product is great so far on the apps I have tried. I do say to those people speed depends on Wi-Fi/ hotspot strength.

I was having a ton of issues with the firestick. It's was crashing, unauthorizing channels and freezing up constantly. So I tried the Roku and I'm only wishing I would of bought it in the first place. It's totally stable and it just works how it should.

This is the first streaming stick I have ever owned. If you love tv, streaming is the way to go. The vast amount of channels is amazing. This Roku stick was well worth the money. Setup is very easy and customer service is always available. A must purchase for tv lovers.

Almost always, it's GREAT. The picture couldn't be any better!! It occasionally drops the signal then re-acquires then drops and so forth, but then it settles in and is great TV. I do wish I could just go from channel to channel on SPECTRUM APP without having to go out to the guide. I'm getting used to it though.

I have the original ROKU stick (7 yrs old) which still works, the improvements are immediately noticeable. Faster speed, improved picture, remote control response and options, upgraded channel/station displays. And the TV is controlled by the ROKU remote, solid ROKU product, again.

We have an older smart TV that did not have a lot of features. We could not stream with it. We found the Roku streaming stick perfect for our application. It did not cost a lot of money. We dropped the high cost cable bill in favor of this product. SO glad we did!

I bought a tv that claimed to be smart, but its not,it has a horrible interface, and a clumsy remote, it also has a walled garden for apps and a limited selection that doesn't include amazon, prompting my Roku purchase. Nice! Great picture, handles all the steaming services and you don't have to point the remote at the tv, also the remote is simple and the interface is fast and easy to navigate. Only con is that the voice controls should be able to fill out search bars because the typing is tedious.

I upgraded from my previous Roku because of the promise that wifi reception in remote areas of my house would be improved. I am pleased to say that that has happened. No more waiting for loading during shows and much faster startup. Very happy with this. I am still learing to use some of the stick features as there are many changes. Time will cure that. Better remote instructions would help but as with everything written words are always fewer. My old unit had an AMAZON button which this does not. I miss that. Overall - very good and the sale price was a plus.

This is my 3d roku. I replaced an older XS. I was having a problem running the Spectrum app - I would get a stop and reload notice and then wait till the tv program resumed. I thought that replacing the XS with the streaming stick+ would solve that problem. But, alas, it did not. I don't know if the problem is from Roku, my wifi connection, or Spectrum's display so I can't blame Roku. I do like the TV on-off and volume controls, and it does seem faster loading... I'll give it more time. I was an early user of Roku, and I thoroughly enjoy the product.
