I opened this can of Rotel tomatoes and green chilies to use in a recipe. I always go through it with a fork to remove the big chunks of tomato cores that are always in there, which I hate. In this particular can, there were a total of 3 tiny pieces of green chili. THREE. In the whole can. So really, all I got was a can of chopped tomatoes.

My family personally loves to add These diced tomatoes & Green Chilli's over our cheesy chips! I will heat a can of cheese, drain the chilli's in it, and cook until bubbly. Then to plate, I add chips, cheese over and place diced tomatoes && chilli's on top! Perfect quick snack 😋

This is the best add a can of cheese soup or melt cheese for the best salsa cheese dip. Its quick just the right amount of heat and one less thing to have to cut up and prep. Yum yum kids and adults love it quick after school snack or for a quick dinner option.

I keep a couple of cans of Ro-tel on hand for easy quick appetizers. Sometimes we have unexpected guests or I just want to make something that is quick, cheap and easy. I usually make the Rotel sausage dip with Ro-tel, cream cheese and sausage. It can also be made with Velveeta instead of cream cheese. It is so good and soooo easy. We will continue to purchase Ro-tel.

What a great product. Rotel really surprised me with how fresh ingredients are. This can be used to add to many dishes both hot or cold. This is inexpensive and a time saver ftom chopping up the ingredients yourself. I would recommend and I would repurchase.

Ro-tel Original can be used in so many delicious ways! Our favorite recipes with Ro-tel Original are cheese dip, taco soup (low carb or not), taco tot casserole, along with many others! We always keep Ro-tel in our pantry and use it at least once a week.

Normally, I use Rotel tomatoes by opening the can and dumping into what I am making. I will not so that anymore! Last night I was making dip and was very disappointed to find large amounts of skin. The can almost looked like the ‘bottom of the barrel'. Some of the peels were a couple of inches in length and even the top where the stem connected! I still love rotel tomatoes but will not have confidence in their product for a while. Inspect the contents... just saying...

I’m not a big fan of canned tomatoes but I really like these tomatoes. 1 can is perfect in my chili. Add cooked Sausage or cooked Shredded chicken, 1 pack of ranch, 1 package of cream cheese, 1 pack of taco seasoning, add black beans, pinto beans, a can of Rotel, 1 can of corn. Put in a crock pot on low and let it cook all day.

I love using Rotel in the majority of my recipes & keep it stocked in our pantry. Recently, I have noticed the last several cans barely have any green chilies and have had to add more? Is this just random or am being picky? I would normally give this 5+ Stars! I ask my Sister (and she lives in another state), she said she noticed the same! Anyone else?

Tried to find a number to call with our batch number to help Rotel out w quality control... can of Rotel chilies only had fluid w maybe 10 tomato & 5 chili pieces. Oh well, maybe they read reviews. Dont want anything. Got a pic of the batch # if they want it. Meanwhile- still love and recommend their products.
