I am a native Texan and have used Rotel since I was a young child. What is happening with your product? I just used a can to spice up my breakfast eggs. Unfortunately there was no spice, very few chilies, practically nonexistent chili taste. I have used your product for 40+ years and until now I have never been opened a can that didnt have that signature Rotel taste. I dont know what youre doing, but you need to fix this problem. I am a loyal customer and I expect you to reward that loyalty by providing a quality product that meets the expectations you have created with your brand and history. If you have changed your recipe then be honest and let your customers know what you have done. If its a quality control problem then please get your act together so I can continue enjoying your product. Otherwise, I will find another product to buy.

We love rotel in our family. The original has a little hint of spice but I wouldn’t call it spicy. I add this to ground beef when making tacos (talk about taking your tacos to a new level...yum), add this to any tex mex dish I am preparing, add to dips (queso dip, corn dip, and so much more). This is a staple grocery item in our house and I would recommend it for yourself too. If you love cooking and creating Mexican dishes this is definitely a staple for you!

I’ve always gotta have total in my pantry! I might need to throw together some queso or maybe a casserole that calls for it. It’s just an item I might need at any point so it’s easier to buy a case of it from Sam’s rather than a couple of cans at the grocery store. I highly recommend this rotel.

Recently bought Rotel Diced Tomatoes and Green Chiles. 1st Can with August 2026 expire date had back looking flecks. Threw it away! 2nd can. September 2027 looked like diced tomatoes and little chiles. No black flecks 3rd Can August 2026. Also some black flecks. (Looks like burnt skin pieces to me) Few green chiles. Checked internet and did not see recalls listed for this product What’s going on to Rotel Quality? Why so few green Chiles? Can to can consistency is NOT good. What’s going on?

People always compliment my chili and Ro-tel was the game changer for me! Once I started using it, people started asking, “What do you use in your chili? It’s delicious!” My secret is Rotel! Will continue to purchase! Oh, and a bonus? It’s inexpensive, too!

Love me some rotel and Velveeta dip! But recently I found a dinner recipe that is amazing. Very affordable and it tastes a bit better than the store brand. Recipe to try is mix cooked cut up chicken, spaghetti noodles, can of rotel and chunks of Velveeta. I call it my cheesy chicken rotel dinner.

Whenever I need canned tomatoes for a recipe, I usually go for Rotel. The blend of tomatoes and peppers add a fun kick to just about any dish you want a little extra spice for. I love all of the varieties they have now, from mild to hot, so they have one for everyone’s heat preference. My favorite thing to make with this though is sausage queso. I use half the Velveeta it calls for on the recipe, grated cheese (last time I used a handful each of sharp cheddar, Monterey Jack and Swiss), a brick of cream cheese, a can of Campbell’s cheese soup, browned ground sausage (grease and all) and a bit of heavy cream to thin it down. It’s always a hit when I have people over!

I am not really sure who is at fault here but we bought two 8 packs of the diced tomatoes and they were all in dented. They always say to be careful eating dented cans because of bacteria getting in it but it is a shame that all 16 were dented. Im not totally blaming Rotel but it is a shame they had to be thrown away. This isn’t the first time in the last 2 months this has happened.

Looks like quality is having some issues. I just opened a can and didn't think to look in the can before pouring the contents into my tortilla soup I was making. There were no tomatoes, only green juice and green peppers. Not a single tomato. I use Ro-Tel all the time and luckily had other cans on hand which I used, but what a surprise. I took photos of the product as well as the label info and was going to attach the photos, but don't see that as an option.

I just bought the Mild Rotel to make a dip for a family event. Some of us, including me can't eat the regular because it's too hot for us. I was happy to use this product but...it's just as Hot. I couldn't eat or enjoy the dip & the others. I'm very disappointed. What the difference?
