I love Ro-Tel tomatoes. They can go in most anything and add pizzazz. Of course, there’s the classic Ro-Tel cheese dip, but, these days, I generally use this pepper and tomato mix when cooking a pasta sauce, vegetable soup or anything else that would go for tomatoes. They add oomph whether I’m cooking from scratch or jazzing up something out of a jar.

Oh, we used to use this in queso dip on football Sundays! It has a really good flavour, mildly spicy, and it's real veg, so that's awesome. They do need to make bigger cans, though because we I to use like 3 of them at a time lol. I'd absolutely recommend this to anybody!

OmGosh! Me and my family use this almost everyday on our tacos or taco soup. This is our go to topping. This will save your life especially if you just have taco meat and need some taco seasoning. This is a great substitute. I reccommend this for everyone.

We use these tomatoes every Tuesday! They are perfect for making dips, sauces, or our favorite… Mexican chicken bake! The original has a little bit of a kick so if you want something less spicy with the same flavor the mild would probably be better. 

I buy these every week, because once a week my hubby and I have what we call lazy dinner night. I'll scramble eggs and throw a can of Ro-tel in and we have it with shredded cheese on a tortilla. It's usually the busiest night of our week. It's fast and easy and it saves me from having to cut everything up. Puts the right amount of flavor in it.

I’ve been using ROTEL for years and it’s so good! I use it in sauces to go with pasta and I use it in my crock pot queso recipe. The tomatoes taste great and they are reasonably priced. What I love the most is the different flavors they offer and spice level!
