Rotel diced tomatoes are ok for cooking, but I really miss the Rotel Whole Tomatoes. They were discontinued many years ago. Thats what I used to make queso. The diced tomatoes just don't have the right texture. I wish they would bring the whole tomatoes back.

My family loves this product.We have used it for many years. I love the versatility of it how it can be used in so many dishes. Its easy to find on any shelf at a grocery store. I love the taste of the tomatoes and green peppers that are equally present.

I love Ro-tel, and I usually have a couple cans in my pantry at all times. Mostly I use it to make nacho dip with Velveeta, but I've also used it in taco soup and similar recipes. It's an easy addition when you need both tomatoes and peppers. I've also tried the one with Serrano chilies, and it's good too... and a bit spicy, which I like. I would definitely recommend this product.

An absolute classic this is such an easy product to make your self from scratch but honestly who even has the time for that this is so good in case so dip’s and taco bakes we always have at least two cans in the house for the night so I’m feeling super lazy and just wanna throw everything in a crockpot and Collett a night

Rotel always has been and always will be a staple in my household. I purchase a can or two everytime we go grocery shopping. My favorite uses for it are in cheese dip, chili, and spicy chicken tortilla soup. This time of year we love to enjoy a hot bowl of chili or soup. My chili and soup just wouldn't be the same without Rotel.

I love this stuff it always has that fresh taste and I want to try it with some other recipes. I think of a million ideas I can add it to . love how you can chose the mild.most things like this are hot for me ... Lol I use it to make salsa or I make macaroni noodles and use it in it. Witch is my favorite thing to eat .I was worried it would taste just like a can of tomatoes but it did not .the only thing I disliked about it was not enough of chiles in it sometimes .

Who doesn't use this or have it on hand in the pantry? If you don't, you're doing it wrong. I just used these to jazz up a "healthy" turkey chili that called for boring tomatoes and I knew just what to do. These give amazing flavor to any recipe and I highly recommend as a staple.

This is one of my go to items to add fresh flavors. I love adding this to chili, Mexican dishes and various soups and stews. I don't think that there is much I could do to improve this. It has amazing flavor and definitely healthier than several other items. I highly recommend.
