This is an excellent product to add, or enhance the flavor of your food with a little kick

The chilis in Ro tel are NOT over powering!    It adds great flavor to ANY dish.

Tomato’s

These tomatoes seemed a bit more acidic than usual. I used them as an ingredient in a soup I regularly prepare for a New Years celebration. The soup ended up with a distinctly acidic component. A little baking soda neutralized the acidity significantly. This is not a typical experience with this product and it will not deter me from using it in the various ways I have in the past.

Unusually Acidic

We regularly use Ro-tel. It is hard to pay grocery store prices when Sam's is so cheap. Even though I have to find a place to put it, it is always on hand. It gives me choices.
