Always use these in a dip I make for parties: 1 tube breakfast sausage, 1 block cream cheese, and 1 can Rotel. It's a crowd-pleaser and Rotel adds just the right amount of zest to the dip. I make a fair amount of Mexican food, I need to remember to try Rotel in those recipes.

This is a classic for a reason!!! Yummy! So versatile and definitely worth an upcharge for the real deal...still super affordable though! You can make Velveeta dip, chili, chicken spaghetti, burritos bowls....need i go on??? Nothing like rotel for a reason!

Instant Spice.

We like spice in our family so Ro-Tel is an easy way to add some serious pizzazz to any meal. I keep 2 or 3 cans on hand at any time. It gets used for everything from crispy tacos and o taco soup. I appreciate that they offer mild to hot versions depending on just how spicy you prefer your food to be.

OmGosh! Me and my family use this almost everyday on our tacos or taco soup. This is our go to topping. This will save your life especially if you just have taco meat and need some taco seasoning. This is a great substitute. I reccommend this for everyone.

Cajun cooking

This is a staple in Cajun cooking if you know anything about Louisiana cooking they like it spicy. I use this when I'm making Cajun spaghetti- chicken. It's like a creamy Alfredo sauce. And you add Cajun seasoning and Rotel and chicken and pour it over pasta so delicious.

Makes the BEST queso dip!

I actually came across this brand when I was reading the recipes inside a box of Velveeta cheese. It is literally the EASIEST cheese dip ever but it tastes AMAZING! For my family, I just use one can of the Rotel and an 8oz block of Velveeta. I chop the cheese into cubes, put it into a small crockpot on warm/low heat, add a can of the Rotel annnnnddd WAIT! In about 20ish minutes you will have a delicious queso dip. I personally like to dip tortilla chips in this but you could really use anything you want. It's also great over enchiladas or a homemade Mexican rice bowl. I make this dip probably once a month at least and I never get sick of it. Oh and if you don't have a slow-cooker, the microwave works just as good. I just like how I can keep it nice and warm and melty in the crockpot!

I had a pasta soup dish recently that required a can or jar of pasta sauce BUT I didnt have enough for the recipe. I opened a can of Ro-Tel, drained the liquid and tossed into a sauce pan with evoo and sautéed. I used a masher and mashed the contents and sautéed a few more minutes before tossing into the soup. It turned out fabulous!!

Ro-Tel is one of those things that I always have at least one can of in my pantry. I grew up in the Pacific Northwest where this isn't really a standard, but at some point in adulthood I discovered it, and learned how useful it can be for throwing random recipes together. A staple.

I love having these on hand in my pantry. It has so many possible uses and is absolutely so versatile. Its definitely worth it to have around. One of my favorite uses is to use in chili, hearty stews and soups, dips, meat dishes, and so on. Its a great buy.

Tex Mex staple

Rotel is classic. Mix with Velveeta for an easy cheese dip. Also use in chili to cut down on prep, since it contains tomatoes, onions, and peppers. It's probably slightly more expensive than the store brand but still pretty good. This is Tex-Mex, not real Mex, ya dig?
