I love Ro*Tel, but if I wanted to take the risk on dented cans, there is an outlet store I could probably find them at. Some of the dents are small, but a few cans are dented right next to the seal. I don't know if this is mishandling by FedEx or if Sam's sends all their damaged cans to a central warehouse for online ordering. Online shopping stops being convenient if I have to deal with returning damaged goods, especially when it's an hour round trip to return to the club.

I opened my can of rotel, and poured it into my velveeta cheese. As I poured, I noticed something that did not quite look like diced tomatoes. It was a piece of wood! A piece of wood came out of the rotel can! It was not small either, by any means, at least 1 by 1. As this is unacceptable in a product of food, I give this a poor review.

I use ro-tel in many recipes during the fall and winter. Why have the last 6 cans I’ve used had 2 pieces of green chilies collectively? I have started buying just tomatoes and green chilies separately (from OTHER brands) because it’s comical at this point.

I keep a couple cases on hand at all times for spaghetti and rotel and cheese dip out a large can in my soups even. But just made chicken spaghetti last weekend and opened four cans and every can was only 2/3 full. I though that was strange and when I emptied the cans into the brown none of them had any chilies in it. I opened a couple more cans they were full and had the chili peppers in them. I even took pics of the van beside the bowl with no peppers in them

Normally, I use Rotel tomatoes by opening the can and dumping into what I am making. I will not so that anymore! Last night I was making dip and was very disappointed to find large amounts of skin. The can almost looked like the €˜bottom of the barrel'. Some of the peels were a couple of inches in length and even the top where the stem connected! I still love rotel tomatoes but will not have confidence in their product for a while. Inspect the contents... just saying...

I opened two cans of Rotel tomatoes and green Chili's last night, only to find that both cans contained only the juice with very few traces of tomatoes or peppers. The two cans appear to be produced in consecutive order, as the printed line in the top of each differ by only one digit.

The amount of tomato skins left in the dip is getting annoying. After reading other reviews I agree there is fewer green chilies. I gave you 3 stars and a yes on recommend. That could change if the quality continues to go down. Please make some changes for the history of your past success

we have loved rotel for years...i came here for the first time to see if they had changed their recipe, or if it was just me. the flavor was bland with no ‘kick’. now I see others are coming to the same conclusion: no green chiles. our two cans tonight had none, either. hope this is a fluke and gets fixed soon. :(

I just bought the Mild Rotel to make a dip for a family event. Some of us, including me can't eat the regular because it's too hot for us. I was happy to use this product but...it's just as Hot. I couldn't eat or enjoy the dip & the others. I'm very disappointed. What the difference?

I just have a question. Didn't you used to put jalapenos in your ingredients? I used to eat the Original, but recently had to stop because I've now become allergic to the jalapenos. I noticed on the ingredients lately that jalapenos weren't on the can. Is this true?
