The base for salsa and chips! I have friends that mix it in their nacho sauces. But I love it just blened in the blender and whipped. I top tilapia with it and bake it. It has just the right flavor. Its not to hot but flavorful enough to really make a dish pop.

I like to make sausage dip and i always use the hot rotel and i was dumped the tomatoes into my pot and I started to stir then i noticed this large black thing on one of the tomatoes so i got my light out and looked close at it .it was in the tomato and the thing had legs and a head coming out the other end i am very disappointed and it doesn't even give me an option to put a picture. Very disappointed i will not by this ever again i will never recommend this to anyone. Which is sad cause i absolutely love this product until now.

Who doesn't use this or have it on hand in the pantry? If you don't, you're doing it wrong. I just used these to jazz up a "healthy" turkey chili that called for boring tomatoes and I knew just what to do. These give amazing flavor to any recipe and I highly recommend as a staple.

I love using Rotel in many of my dishes. It is barley spicy so it works for everyone, even kids! I love using this for my healthy dishes and for my stews. It's normally only a dollar or two so it's totally worth the buy. We but this over and over in almost very trip to the grocery store.

I use this in several different recipes on a regular basis. Great flavor and takes a lit of prep time out of my cooking. Great in Italian cuisine and Mexican food. I also add it to canned chili and velveeta for a chili dip. A must have in your pantry.

Been using Rotel for years in family standard recipes. Of course the old stand-by King Ranch Chicken (called "Chicken Tortilla Casserole on the label I taped to a 3x5 card many years ago) would not be the same without it. It's great to add to green beans, stews, and anything you would use plain tomatoes in. I keep it stocked in my pantry on a regular basis.

I am a native Texan and have used Rotel since I was a young child. What is happening with your product? I just used a can to spice up my breakfast eggs. Unfortunately there was no spice, very few chilies, practically nonexistent chili taste. I have used your product for 40+ years and until now I have never been opened a can that didn’t have that signature Rotel taste. I don’t know what you’re doing, but you need to fix this problem. I am a loyal customer and I expect you to reward that loyalty by providing a quality product that meets the expectations you have created with your brand and history. If you have changed your recipe then be honest and let your customers know what you have done. If it’s a quality control problem then please get your act together so I can continue enjoying your product. Otherwise, I will find another product to buy.

I'm not a big fan of canned tomatoes but I really like these tomatoes. 1 can is perfect in my chili. Add cooked Sausage or cooked Shredded chicken, 1 pack of ranch, 1 package of cream cheese, 1 pack of taco seasoning, add black beans, pinto beans, a can of Rotel, 1 can of corn. Put in a crock pot on low and let it cook all day.

Normally, I use Rotel tomatoes by opening the can and dumping into what I am making. I will not so that anymore! Last night I was making dip and was very disappointed to find large amounts of skin. The can almost looked like the €˜bottom of the barrel'. Some of the peels were a couple of inches in length and even the top where the stem connected! I still love rotel tomatoes but will not have confidence in their product for a while. Inspect the contents... just saying...
