I mean we all buy this for one reason and one reason only: cheese dip. Chop some velveeta, add your rotel, put in a crockpot and let the magic happen. It’s def not healthy but it’s not like you’d eat it literally every day either

I sometimes am guilty of eating it right of the can. It makes great dip. Perfect blend of chiles. Only thing is I would make the can bigger. It’s barely above a dollar and can be fun for the whole family.

Great for making a fast salsa I also throw it in mac and cheese,baked spaghetti, queso cheese sauce and stuffed peppers lots of variations. Tonight I am using it in a brown rice dish with lots of veggies. You won't be disappointed.

This is a very good ingredient to keep on hand at all times. You can use it in nearly everything. From cabbage to chili. On burritos or in stew. No chopping no dicing just add rotel

This makes the best and easiest queso dip. Just mix in a crockpot with a block of Velveeta, block of cream cheese, and crumbled sausage until melted. Yum!

I love the green chilies in this. It’s not too spicy but adds some flavor. This is great for making dips and making other quick sides for dinner or a snack.

This stuff is always delicious and always high quality. I use it in my favorite cheese dip or pour it over chicken breast with corn and black beans, then bake for a quick and easy southwest chicken dinner.
