We use Ro-tel tomatoes in a taco soup recipe and they are perfect. I prefer the hot ones it's habaneros, but my roommate prefers the original, so we usually trade off on which one we use. Either way, excellent flavor.

I'm a home cook so rarely do I used canned products as is. I have only used this as an ingredient. I had Johnny White chicken and loved it. I would only use Ro-tel! But is wonderful with queso to make a chunky dip.

I love using rotel and adding it in to various dishes to add some flare. Super versatile while it adds some extra flavor to some of our favorites. Mexican dishes aren't the only theme either, I have added this to pastas as well.
