I use Rotels to make salsa, 4 cans a batch. This is the 3rd batch that is terrible. No green chili’s. The taste is just not the same. I will not be making salsa until this gets fixed or I find something else to use.

Put them in a crockpot with some Velveeta cheese and I promise that you won’t be sorry. It’s such an easy appetizer to serve with tortilla chips. The mix of tomatoes and green chilies is delicious. I will buy this again.

Ro Tel Mild Rotel is another thing I always have on hand we like things kind of spicy around here. Great for use in queso or other dips as well as enchiladas tacos Etc.

Love this stuff to add a little bit more flavor in tomato based soups and stews especially when I'm cooking Mexican food. Canned is so much easier and faster to use as well. It can be a little bit pricier than store brand but it's worth it.

I make a cheese dip with this Rotel that is to dieee for ! There's so many different things you can do with this last minute. Affordable and delicious.
