I always use this spray because it is so easy to use. Just one spritz and nothing sticks. I use it even on my Teflon pans.

Great for cooking! I use this for cooking chicken and it keeps it from sticking. It's a light way to keep the food from sticking!

I purchased this because they had no other cooking spray. The spray turns black when the pan gets hot, I cooked with it and my kids wouldn't eat because of how it turned their food black. Absolutely do not recommend this product!!
