Let me just start off by saying that this is one of the best non stick cooking sprays out there in the market. Very convenient to use when making anything in a pan over the stove or even for baking things in the oven. I recommend greatly!

I have always used PAM in my house. It is super easy to use before cooking. The ingredients are trustworthy. It doesn’t alter the taste of my food and is good to make sure nothing sticks when I’m cooking.
