I bought it in grocery stores. The two pack was better value for money online. Good quality and I like to cook with it for a light spray in the pan. The taste is quite good. recommended

Go to brand of cooking spray for greasing pans, grill, baking sheets. Easy to use and inexpensive. Not a great product for you being chemical and seed oil based but also not the worst thing out there.

This stuff is great! Helps my eggs slide right off the pan! I hate when my food gets stuck to the pan especially quesadillas, not with this stuff! My mom showed me this when I first started cooking and I haven’t stopped using it!
