I suffer from GERD, and it's getting inflammation if I eat to mutch or fatty food. I have not eaten eggs or fried potatoes for a few years untill now! It does taste as it should and I have started to enjoy food. I do recommend this for low fat cooking, it's amazing. I did also tell this to a friend who also has a problem with fatty food. He also enjoy this spray. Btw, it's the only available in Sweden.

Pam No Stick Cooking Spray Original has become an essential part of cooking and baking in my kitchen. It can be used for barbecue grilling as well. I even have used it in my pottery class I lightly spray a layer inside plaster molds to create a barrier and to ensure that the molded piece of clay will pop out more easily and avoid sticking, damage or breakage which would likely result from needing to pick or pry out the molded piece of clay. Now the drawbacks: The lid is sometimes annoying to pop on/ off and. The nozzle can sometimes get sloppy (not exactly clogged, but) a little bit bogged down and you need to wash or wipe it in order to ensure a clean, even spray, or just dry the nozzle after each use. There’s sometimes overspray so even if you spray exactly as directed, some of the oil spatter can get onto other surfaces, like surrounding burners on the stove, or onto floors or countertops Which brings me to: Always remember it is an aerosol can and course do not ever attempt to spray this product onto a lit barbecue grill or on pots or pans if they’re on the stove and ANY burners are already lit. First step away. Like all aerosol cans, do not leave it on any hot surfaces (like toasters, ovens or kilns) and never spray it around or near an open flame.

I've used several different brands of cooking spray but I always go back to pam as it doesn't leave an off taste in the food after cooking, always keeps food from sticking, and I feel like I get a better value for the quality. @Pam Original Non Stick Cooking Spray 8 Oz

If you like to bake, you need Pam. It helps prevent sticking, and ends the aggravation of an uneven cake, or baked-on messes on cookie sheets. The price is excellent too. I wish they would stock the butter flavor too, but I’ll take what I can get. This one is a winner.

My partner broke out in hives and had breathing difficulties after using this. When did coconut oil get added? She is very allergic and previously this has been a safe product, but we just bought a new can. It is very irresponsible to change ingredients like this! Especially when adding allergens. Do better.

I like this nonstick cooking spray, I only used it for a small cooking on our nonstick pan so i could not mess the coating. I also used this on my baking pan as it helped to make the baking easy without the baked food stick on the pan. i would buy this product again. .

I used to make a lot of waffles and a can of Pam lasted well over a year. As I had several cans, the last one purchased several years ago just ran out so I bought a new can recently. Seems there's been a formula change as the stuff is now very foamy and runs out literally ten times faster. I hate to say it, but SHAME ON YOU! I can't imagine that the foaming agent is particularly healthy.

I used the members mark spray for years, and then they stopped carrying it. So I tried this Pam spray, and it's TERRIBLE. Everything sticks, I tried to bake brownies in the pan I've been using for years and the whole batch was practically glued to the pan. I get much better results just rubbing the pan with some oil. This stuff is downright awful! Do NOT buy if you do any baking! I'm now back to rubbing pans with oil myself or using parchment for anything baked. Terrible product.

Love cooking with this when I need something lightly greased. The flavor is quite buttery but not super oily. I feel like it definitely has its health benefits rather than drenching a lot of oil on certain food. Have pretty good control Of all that in a can.

This is something we keep at all times ! I honestly couldn't live without this stuff ! I use it on everything and it keeps my food from sticking to my pans! Doesn't take much at all and I think the price is very reasonable considering how amazing it is!
