Pam original canola oil cooking spray is must-have in my kitchen. It provides a light, even coating that keeps from sticking without adding excess oil. I use it for baking, frying, and even grilling, and it works every time. The spray nozzle distributes the oil evenly, and a little goes a long way. It also helps keep cleanups easy.

After using for months, my dietician advised me if the effects of palm oil. NOT HEALTHY! She said coconut oil is fine but palm oil has been shown to solidify in the body, clogging arteries and raising LDL. UNFORTUNATE because nothing works better than Pam, but I wont use anymore!

A consistently great product for years. Scentless and never over spray. Stores great right on the counter or in the cabinets. I use for so many different thinfs I always make sure to have on hand!

I make runny eggs everyday and this is my go to cooking spray to make sure the eggs flip nicely! It doesn't give the eggs a weird taste and its easy to clean.

THIS PAM brand spray oil is super practical. It is dosed very well, so you don't have to use so much, and it's ideal for browning, baking or even frying. In addition, it does not leave a heavy taste and feels very light. I love it!

Pam is a great product. Buying the brand name at Sam's Club is less than the chain store brands.plus you get a much larger bottle of it. Great money saving items.
