It is the perfect way to do breakfast even if you are on the go.. The taste is good, and the net carbs are fantastic. Pretty standard protein amount, and (for me) gentle on the stomach with no aftertaste. Also a wonderful mid day, pick-me-up to get a bit more protein in.

These taste so much better than a lot of diet protein shakes. They don't have that horrible vitamin taste. They also got into my keto diet without going over on carbs. I've lost 13.5lbs in only 2 1/2 weeks having these twice a day and a keto friendly meal for dinner.

These shakes are really good. Not only do they taste good, but they really do fill you up enough between meals. I have been drinking one in the morning and one in the afternoon, with a salad for supper. This review is for the chocolate, but the creamy caramel is great too. I didn't care for the strawberry flavor, but that is just a personal taste. All three fill you up.

I love atkins shakes, and ordered strawberry %26 chocolate , 12 in each package in preporation for Easter coming up. I eat well on holidays, but use Atkins shakes instead of lots of sugary desserts, and it helps to hold my weight down. you earned 5 stars

I really like the Atkins Milk Chocolate drink as a quick grab and go for breakfast. This keeps me content for several hours usually until lunch time. It comes in many flavors but the Milk Chocolate is my favorite. I hope Sam's does not discontinue carrying this product. It is one of my main reasons for shopping at Sams.

I love the milk chocolate Atkins shakes. I usually prefer dark chocolate, but THESE chocolate shakes are delicious. I've been trying to get 1 box of milk chocolate %26 1 box of vanilla Atkins shakes each month, and they have helped me to lose significant weight, along with other "dieting".

I love these shakes! Gives me a chocolate milk vibe and fix. It doesn’t leave an aftertaste either. The dark chocolate ones have an aftertaste to me. I keep them in fridge so they are chilled and ready at anytime. I have also put some in freezer about an hour before I knew I was gonna have one. Makes it more milkshake vibe!

This protein shake is one of my favorites. It has a great taste and keeps me from getting hungry for several hours. I keep a few in the refrigerator all of the time. I like to take mine and put it into the freezer for about thirty minutes before I drink it. Love them ice cold!

Atkins Low Carb but, High on delicious flavor. NOT anything like other low carb shakes that were thrown out because of their disgusting taste. Even my grandkids want to drink them. If I am craving a chocolate milkshake- just blend one up. Every flavor is just as good as the next.
