This drink is wonderful. Specially, if you love chocolate. My doctors want me to stay away from sugar not because I’m diabetic because I’m not but because sugar has so many antigens that could cause cancer. It is so yummy tasting. I love it just right out of the fridge raider. 15 g of protein and 1 g of sugar and I can usually go five or six hours just on that alone. Try one and enjoy.
