everything about this item I loved. my doctor recommended it due to breakfast being the most important meal of the day to get your metabolism going I was never one that could eat breakfast and these protein shakes just grab and go and they taste amazing I've only gotten the vanilla and the milk chocolate delight but it's definitely worth the money it's $20 for I think 14 of them. each one has 15 g of protein 2 g of net carbs 1 g of sugar and 3 g of fiber so they're extremely healthy for you and they really do work after a few days I noticed my appetite decreasing because they fill me up you will not regret buying is

Been doing Akins diet since 2016. When first tried low carb in the 1970's, few products available. These shakes are meal replacements or snacks for me. I lost 30 %23's and rely on these daily to maintain. Only like the milk chocolate. Cost have really increased.

Atkins protein shakes is by far my preferred protein shake of them all, plus the extra protein helps me stay on track with my diet. There is not chalky taste and it's not too thick. I bought the chocolate mocha after I was unable to find the strawberry in the bulk pack so I "settled" for chocolate and boy am I happy I did. This has now become my favorite flavor and I hope Atkins does NOT discontinue this line.

I have tried 7-8 different brands and flavors. This brand is hands down my favorite. Milk chocolate plus the occasional 1/2 capful of peppermint extract (I usually drink 2 over ice plus a splash of heavy cream on my keto food plan). Dark chocolate and the chocolate pb are also faves but Walmart now has a limited supply of Atkin products on hand

The ones I used to drink was four shakes for almost. $10!!! Here you get how many 12 I mean do the math I just could not see spending $10 on four little shakes and I stopped doing it. These might not taste as good as the other others, but is still they still taste good and with the price I think overall they’re a great buy.

These are my favorite shakes. the milk chocolate just reminds me of a the Yoo-hoo 🤤🙃 i don't like them unless they're cold. So of course, you have to refrigerate them asap. I wish the price could be a little lower with this economy though , I'm not surprised. for the drink in flavor 10/10 Definitely recommend 👌🏻

This is my go to meal every day! Best protein drink I’ve ever tried and I’ve tried several over the years. Even though it’s went up in price considerably it’s every bit worth it. I have 2 every day! Absolutely delicious. A must try if you’re trying to change your lifestyle.

These taste really good- the regular chocolate ones. I didn't love the vanilla and I haven't tried the higher protein ones yet but these are so easy in the mornings or anytime I'm too busy. Sometimes I even have one at night if I'm craving chocolate.

The dark chocolate flavor is better in my opinion, but both options are good. I like to put mine in a milk frother to make it like a hot chocolate and I think that makes it taste much better. having it at room temp is also fine and cold is more like a chocolate milk taste. I like it hot as that removes any "chalky" flavor. I don't really think they have that issue, but it's definitely better hot.
