I love atkins shakes, and ordered strawberry %26 chocolate , 12 in each package in preporation for Easter coming up. I eat well on holidays, but use Atkins shakes instead of lots of sugary desserts, and it helps to hold my weight down. you earned 5 stars

These shakes are really good. Not only do they taste good, but they really do fill you up enough between meals. I have been drinking one in the morning and one in the afternoon, with a salad for supper. This review is for the chocolate, but the creamy caramel is great too. I didn't care for the strawberry flavor, but that is just a personal taste. All three fill you up.

It is the perfect way to do breakfast even if you are on the go.. The taste is good, and the net carbs are fantastic. Pretty standard protein amount, and (for me) gentle on the stomach with no aftertaste. Also a wonderful mid day, pick-me-up to get a bit more protein in.

The texture is nice and smooth and very tasty but I didn't like the mild aftertaste of the sucrose. I wasn't aware it had any sucrose in it or I wouldn't have bought it. I'm allergic to artificial sweeteners and I generally don't buy anything that has anything else but sugar .

Having to eat in a life style that helps me manage various health conditions, these are a like save. Being that they don't have to be refrigerated until they're opened, they are the perfect grab and go healthy snack. I drink them at room temperature, and they are still delicious.

These taste pretty good. Most importantly, they're easy to take along in case I get hungry and there are limited options for low carb/sugar free food. Also, if I'm working at the computer and can't take a break, theses are filling enough to tide me over until I can eat a meal.

Fantastic! Been buying these routinely for a long time. Not a load of sugar and fantastic taste. Negatives? They don’t magically appear in the fridge? Atkins brand is by far my favorite and have tried many. Great as a supplement or in a pinch for a small meal I’d say.

These taste so much better than a lot of diet protein shakes. They don't have that horrible vitamin taste. They also got into my keto diet without going over on carbs. I've lost 13.5lbs in only 2 1/2 weeks having these twice a day and a keto friendly meal for dinner.

Quick and to the point… this Milk Chocolate Delight shake is so very good, so rich and smooth going down. Aaaahhhhhhhhh; however, the best flavor is Dark Chocolate Royale, and I’m not even a huge fan of dark chocolate! One thing I don’t like though is being limited to the amount of cases I can purchase ——— NOT COOL SAM’S (OR ATKINS).
