This is the second NINJA I've purchased- I accidentally broke my pitcher on the first one and a replacement cost was more then it should be. It was a better value just to replace the whole thing. That said- It's the best blender I've ever owned! You won't be disappointed if you decide to buy this Ninja.

We all love our Ninja, we make all kinds of nutritious smoothie everyday and often more than once a day. Very happy with how well the blades in the large picture pull everything through and really get everything well blended.

Exactly as expected! So happy I got this, as the auxiliary pieces from my last one also fit this one, so I have a complete kitchen system again at half the price of the original!

Worked less than a week and the clutch in the main container not longer functions. The motor runs but the blades no longer turn. Also the plastic container is severely scratched. I returned this item.

My ninja iq is better than this blender. It doesnt chop ice nor frozen fruit completely. It leaves large chunks in it. I add water and almond milk to my fruit in blender. Its not worth the money

This thing comes ready with 17 microscopic ninjas inside, ready to decimate whatever you drop in. I do mean decimate. Seeds and hunks don’t stand a chance. You need this, so stop reading reviews and get it.

Only blends for smoothies or mixed drinks. Can not blend hot ingredients, such as soups. Can not blend dry ingredients, liquids only. Returned after reading the enclosed owner's manual.

Had an old one, replaced with this new one, works fine a little noisey

After using a commercial grade until for past 40 years, it was time to upgrade. Chews up ice into snow cone ice perfection. Smoothies are a breeze. While it’s a wee bit bulky, it has to be built strong and sturdy to keep it in place while using! Careful of the blades, they are super sharp but what a great addition to the kitchen!

I really liked this blender. Then it started making an electrical smell, not good. The kind appliances make before they fail and burn up. I never abused it and only made smoothies in it, maybe 100 uses. I called Ninja and the said my warranty was for 1 year, but I could buy another one for about $30 more than Sam's sells a new one for. When I pointed this put they said they could sell it to me for $6 less than a new one at Sam's. Gee, what a 'not so great' deal. So I guess I'll continue using it until it fully crashes and burns, maybe setting itself on fire in the process. No problem, I'll just keep a fire extinguisher nearby. Then I'll take another photo of the whole mess and attach to this post. So much for warranties, and pathetic ones like this.
