Waste of money! I thought this was going to be a great blender for the amount of money it cost. Boy was i wrong! Even with the blades going up the length of the carafe it still left chunks of fruit in every smoothie i tried to make. I tried all different kinds of fruits, but all of them ended up with chunks. I was so dissatisfied i returned it. I was already on the fence with it being plastic for $80, but not even blending, no thanks. I'll stick with my glass $30 black and decker that actually blends.

This Ninja is not my first one. I have had a Ninja single serve blender for several years! Always loved it, but it got a little hard to lock on to base, so I just got a new one. This is great chopper, blender, smoothie maker; all in record time!! I love it! It’s wonderful to chop veggies,cooked meat, etc to make salads. Be very careful washing the tall part with the 3 blades!

Based on an excellent price, I purchased to have a blender at the lake. It operated very different than my older Ninja. The ice crush, which I use for slushy drinks, pulses. It does not run continuously. The other settings run for 60 seconds then turn off. To get slushies and blended ice drinks such as a daiquiri, super smooth, I run the blender for several minutes. I don't want to stand by the blender to constantly restart the blender. I returned the blender.

Love it!!! Great purchase & this blender does everything I wanted & more. I especially love the interchangeable mini bottles and the fact that you can blend or store the contents in the bottles. Best of all my granddaughter & I broke it in making smoothies for her birthday!

I bought it for my daughter as a Birthday gift, she had been hinting for a while that she wanted any Ninja product. She was so happy she use it every day, I mean every single day (LOL) She's happy, I'm happy, best gift ever and for the perfect price.

An excellent in-home blender that’s perfectly balanced between simplicity and ingenuity. This series is both easy to use, yet not as haphazard and boring as most other models. Your ingredients will be expertly broken down in the blink of an eye. Fruits, veggies, ice, you name it it’s getting sliced and diced by the sharp blades of this Ninja. The only drawback is that it’s pretty noisy, but that’s a minor inconvenience when you think of how much power the Ninja Duo packs to get your ingredients broken down. The smart IQ feature makes it easy to push a button and watch it go. Definitely my favorite purchase of my household appliances thus far.

The blender and dual drink/shake mixer works well. We like spinach in our shakes, but hate those little flakes. With this system there are no flakes, everything is pulverized so we get the full nutritional value without the little chunks. The price is a bit steep, but it seems very well made. Time will tell.

So far I really like THIS Nina blender. This is my third blender in less than two years. The first still works it just wasn’t great at making smoothies. The second, a quiet blender, had all kinds of issues. I’ve now used this one about 10-15 times to make smoothies. Positives- It is not as loud as some. Because of the three tier blade it blends super quick. It is easy to secure the blender to the base and remove. I have yet to have any issues with leaks. The lid secures easily so I am not concerned with food coming out the top. It has a safety feature that if not assembled properly it will not start. Rinses off easily. Less positive - though it does have a pour spout that opens on the lid, pouring smoothies can be challenging, especially if they are kind of thick. The blender is all plastic which so far has not been an issue. I worry that it could crack or have premature wear.

I bought this when it was on sale and I wanted to make Smoothies. This does the job extremely well! I don’t like pulp and I put a whole peeled mandarin orange and some fruit with spinach and it came out absolutely delicious! No pulp and very smooth! I will say it’s very loud but it’s only about a min of loudness. The small blender attachment for the cups is good if you use powdered smoothies or want to refresh your already made smoothie.

My nutribullet just stopped working after several years of faithful service and I decided to give the Ninja a try. Well, it is absolutely fantastic!!! It is powerful and surpassed my expectation, The increased capacity is awesome, now a blend a large batch and can refrigerate for later. Love it!!
