I went back and forth for months on whether or not to buy this coffee maker. Honestly, it was the price that kept tripping me up. I finally decided to bite the bullet and purchase, SO WORTH IT! This coffee bar makes the perfect iced coffee, hot coffee, and the frother is a great add on! I have zero complaints about this product. This machine even comes with a little recipe book to help you create your favorite coffee shop specialties at home. I know I have already made my money back on this purchase just by the amount I have saved making my favorite drinks at home instead of running to the coffee shop.

All 5 star reviewers got it for free!!! I loved mine until it stopped working. The internet is crawling with Ninja's that just stopped working properly after a period of time. Mine was 6 months. Company is fine replacing but you have to pay for shipping.

I was excited to try the features on the Ninja coffee bar system. It started out great but soon was very disappointed with the brewing of this system. I have softened well water that is run through two water filters to produce clean water. We used this system for a short period of time before the "clean light" came on. I followed the instructions for cleaning but after cleaning it would not brew properly. Cleaned it again. Not any better. Cleaned it 5 more times before it would properly run thru the clean cycle. Cleaned one more time for good measure and it finally was brewing. Well that was short lived. Had to do the process of cleaning all over again so I decided I would use distilled water once I got the brewer to work again. Well, it seems this brewer will only work for a short amount of time before you have to clean it, and you have to clean it, and clean it, and clean it again and again, you get the picture. My advice is to buy another coffee maker, this one has been nothing but a nightmare.

This coffee maker is hard to find in stores. All other stores have last years models. This one has 6 Brew Size Settings: Cup, Large Cup, Travel Mug, Large Travel Mug, Half Carafe, Full Carafe. I have about 6 different coffee makers from Expresso, cappuchino, to 3 different Keurig machines, and this is by far the easiest and best of all of them. I use the first Travel Mug setting (16oz) size. The temperature is 119- 200 degrees after adding Half & Half in a ceramic room temperature mug. I use 3 1/2 small scoop size per mug. The basket is easy to clean. Just rinse it out in the sink and rinse its holder out. No fussing with spoons to measure coffee or fit measured coffee into a small holder(like Keurig adapters). Measurer that comes with Ninja doesn't hold coffee in it. No static electricity, all coffee comes out of measurer. Just shake Ninja's Spoon in your coffee bag to get rid of excess coffee you have on spoon. Perfect measurement every time. I noticed something most coffee makers do not have. When brewing cups or travel mugs, not carafe, the water is held with the coffee to steep it like a French Press, before it goes into the mug making a better cup of coffee. When in Carafe Mode the maker is just a drip through coffee maker. The Cone Shaped(included filter) is a breeze to clean. One note of CAUTION! When set on Clean, the coffee maker will use all water in reservewa. I tried adding water when container was halfway through 1st cleaning cycle and Hot Water flow did Not Stop or reset for 2nd cleaning cycle. Water all over counter and it is HOT!!!. REMEMBER! ALL WATER IS USED IN CLEANING CYCLE NON-STOP!!! This coffee maker comes with a Glass Carafe, An Ice Over Pitcher, and the Built in Milk Frother. Hot plate only comes on in the Carafe Modes not Cup or Mug Modes. Machine is not deep so you can put Carafe and Ice Pitcher behind it on the counter. For this latest model make sure it has 6 settings on the Dial. Sam's Club has it on Sale for $129.00. Hope sale is still on for you. Has clock to set wakeup brewing time and stay warm timer. My ninja coffee bar has been the single worst purchase I've made in my kitchen. I've had it for over a year and I have never had the thing work properly for more than 3 consecutive days before I have to employ some ridiculous fix (up to and including taking the machine apart). If you search online you'll find that my problems are exceedingly common (brews an ounce or so and shuts itself off). I can't possibly recommend buying this machine unless you are looking to start your day with nothing but aggravation and buyers remorse.

What we needed was a coffee maker to make a pot in the morning on a timer then turn itself off and single cups in the afternoon. This one machine takes the place of two. Having frothy milk adds some fun and the whisk is easy to clean. Love being able to choose brew strength. We use paper filters just for the extra convenience. Love the water reservoir and not having to fill it for each use. Oh, and yes, makes a good tasting cup of coffee. Rather than expensive k-cups we purchase better quality grounds.

This is a very high quality and quick coffee maker. I got tasty coffee that I used to get from Starbucks and I enjoy the taste and richness. Different modes make it possible to brew different kinds of beverage. However, the measurements are not accurate. For instance, there is a mode called Specialty which should give you 4oz which is enough for a cup of Latte/Cappucino but it always gives about 5 or 5.5oz. On the side, there is a frother & integrated spoon for measuring the right amount of coffee. Very convenient and it's all about the little things. Frother works quietly and gives a great amount of froth in about 20 seconds or less (45 seconds is recommended though). I mostly use Cup and Cup 2X and have never used it for a full carafe. I use CUP mode for filling my Contigo 16oz which leaves enough room for frothed milk at the end. I highly recommend this. The high price worth the quality.

I have had my Ninja coffee bar for just over a year now and I've been very careful about cleaning it on a regular basis. It started leaking from the bottom of the reservoir and the hole into which the water goes. My very latest attempt to run the cleaning cycle has failed miserably and I have water all over the place. If not for this problem, the Ninja coffee bar would be great. Mine is not the only one to do this, apparently it is a widespread problem. I just wish I had done my research before we spent all that money on this one.

Ninja has really thought of everything you would want in a coffee and specialty drink machine. There are so many great features on this machine that I apologize if I miss a few. First is the appearance. It's black and chrome with a very sleek design. There is a hidden frother (more about that later), and an attached scoop on the side so you'll never misplace your coffee scooper again. There is a removable water reservoir which makes filling it much easier than trying to pour water in the top. There is a large glass carafe that you can designate for a half or a full carafe. This machine will also accommodate, a cup of coffee (without pods), an XL cup of coffee, a travel mug or specialty drink cup. Just use the dial on the front and pick your pleasure. Now for the technology. The front panel is equipped with a clock that is easily set and a brew delay or timer so that you can set your coffee to start at any time during the day or night. Making your coffee or specialty drink is as easy as pushing a button! It's called "Auto-iQ, one touch intelligence." Once the machine is on, the front panel lights up and you turn the dial to whatever size cup, travel mug or carafe you want. There is a button for classic or rich brew along with an over ice brew, specialty brew or cafe forte. It's really that easy. One of the great features is what's called, Thermal Flavor Extraction and it works by heating the water to the correct temperature, then pre-infusion where the grounds are lightly and evenly saturated and given time to 'bloom'. And then the grounds are saturated again for an even consistent extraction. Now, that all may sound too technical but this Ninja Coffee Bar has figured it all out for you. You just push a button and sit back. The final two parts of my review are: Number 1. Making a regular cup of coffee. I put my mug on the fold out tray for a one cup selection and the taste was really good. Definitely different from my other coffee maker. Number 2. And this was a very important test which was the frother. It is located in the back of the machine so it's out of the way when not in use. Just pull it towards the side and it's ready to froth both hot and cold milk. I love cappuccino's and for years I have tried to master the art of frothing milk to the correct consistency. This frother is the best I've ever seen. On my very first try, with a very small amount of milk, I had froth that I've never seen before. It whipped it up like it was whipped cream! It was thick and foamy and lasted in my cup for quite a while. I have posted a picture of what the Ninja Coffee Bar looks like on the counter along with my masterpiece, my first Ninja cappuccino with thick, foamy froth!

I bought a ninja coffee maker and I had no luck since it arrived it never worked perfectly but I kept using it but it has reached a stage where I can't pass a cup of coffee if I don't press the water button 10 times and it is very expensive I'm unable to buy a new one and I like it very much I even pointed it out to my friend and hers works perfect and mine doesn't want to know if they can do something to help me?
