I have been using this coffee maker now for about a week. I was glad to see that the product was packaged very well. There wasn't anything that really could have been broken the way it was packed in the box. Once we took it out of the box, there was really no setup required, just pulling off a few stickers. The best thing about this product is the recipe book that came with it. I made my wife a "flat white" coffee the first time using the milk frother and it was great she told me. We grind the coffee beans up just before brewing it so the flavor is great! The different settings allow for easy use depending on what kind of coffee you are wanting to make. I would definitely recommend this product to the novice coffee maker or the at-home barista!

Best coffee pot ever! I was skeptical at first with the celebrity TV commercials advertising but decided to take a chance when Sam's Club was selling it for $139.98. Boy, am I'm glad I did! I replaced my Keurig Coffee machine with it ant the brew is much better now.

I was definitely over the k-cup novelty and expenses but wanted the convenience of a one-cup brewer with the versatility of carafe option for weekend guests. Ninja nailed it. I'm using less coffee to make a robust cup-o-joe and I'm digging the toss-the-filter clean-up. Easy to clean, easy to use, great cup of coffee... and no bacteria-laden stagnant water, water reservoir that I can't get to with this gem. You won't have buyer's remorse with this unit. Pull the trigger!

Great coffee maker! Love how it automatically knows what size brew and I love how we can make all of our own fun coffee drinks in our own home with little effort. Have had it for a little over a month and has worked beautifully.

I bought this coffee bar about 3 weeks ago I liked it so much that I sent one to my daughter for Christmas.

I bought 2, one for my college son, he says he uses it every morning before class and loves the convenience. I switched from a Keurig & love the savings of being able to use a bag or can of coffee grounds & love being able to make my own specialty coffee at home and love the frother

Awesome little coffee maker. It was packed well and arrived in great shape. The unit was easy to unpack and get setup. Remember to run some water through it to get it cleaned and ready for use. I'm switching from keurig and used the reusable kcup to measure my coffee and wow was it strong. I'm using less coffee now to make the same cup as before, love that. My wife and daughter enjoy the other features and have had some fun making various versions on their favorite drinks. Also like how easy it is to make a cup during the week when I'm running off to work and a full pot on the weekend when we're all at home. I will say at some point you will fail but keep trying and sooner or later you'll get your favorite recipe figured out. You'll have the taste you want at far less cost than your local coffee shop. Great coffee, stop waiting and buy it.

I actually receiver 2 different machines. One came with the free tumbler and the other did not. Also the buttons are different. Has all the Same functions, but because I'm giving to two different people at the same Christmas I was really wishing they were the same. Bought another one at the local Sam's and luckily it was the same as one of them. I kept the one with the tumbler and different buttons so there would not be a difference when family opened the others. I really like the machine although I am still working on that perfect pot of coffee.

Bought this approximately 2 weeks ago, and clean light has indicated it has to be cleaned again. Also when making a single cup of coffee the temperature is not hot.

I'd had this maybe a month when the very top rim of the water holder. It's only gotten worse. The silver material next to the plastic just corroded away right away and it already looks terrible. Serious design flaw. Everything else about the machine is perfect.
