Purchased about a month ago, glass craft, I use the craft for brewing because the mugs in my cupboard are all different sizes. I use paper filters because, in my opinion, all permanent filters release sediment. I have not used the timer feature yet, but I do set up before bed and just push the pre-chosen button in the morning. I use the frother on lazy mornings, I warm my mug and cream prior to the froth and brew. I am happy with the purchase and will be that much more happier when my housemate gets used to it.

Received the coffee system last week and so far we love everything about it. Makes great coffee even though we don't grind fresh beans, we do use filtered water; decided to use the #4 filters for easier cleanup. I read some reviews that the machine starts to act up after a few months, I sure hope not! Thinking these would make great Christmas gifts for my daughters' Hope you have another flash sale again soon. Thanks T. Moore

For a long time I debated on whether or not to by this but now that I have it I wish I would have done it sooner. Honestly this has been way better than I anticipated. We watched videos on the frothing and it seemed more manual than we wanted but it is super easy. The best part for me is it now has encouraged my significant other to make coffee for me every morning because he gets excited to try the recipes from the booklet it came with! All of the various settings make it nice to meet to our different coffee preferences vs our old machine that limited our coffee options. The coffee over ice is also a massive improvement from how I was getting iced coffee before. I recommend this item to my friends and family very often!

I am so over the k-cups. I prefer freshly ground coffee made with the Ninja. The coffee flavor is so much better quality. I like that we have so many options for the amount, carafe, mug, cup etc. We often need different servings based on who is at the house. My husband prefers bold brew, I prefer milder. Plus it has specialty brew to do fun stuff like a pumpkin spice latte year round! It has auto settings so my husband can preset for his to brew first thing, then he resets it for me while I'm getting around. The frother is easy to use too. I like that it all breaks down easily and I can run the parts through the dishwasher. I am thrilled with the Ninja coffee bar system.

I would recommend this coffee maker. It's fun n nice having all the choices. So far we are enjoying it.

They are supplying a different model number from the one advertised on their web site. No excuse for them to not keep their web site info correct.

This system is very easy to set up, and has endless possibilities. I like the fact that you don't have to use a K-Cup since it comes with a reusable filter, which is very economical and environmentally friendly. The machine comes with easy to read instructions and walks you through the proper set up and cleaning process. We used the frother, which works great, and makes a very rich, creamy cup of coffee. The only thing I was concerned with on this is that it doesn't seem to make a small cup of coffee. Even the smallest setting fills up my travel mug 3/4 of the way. If you choose this setting with a regular coffee mug, you have to watch it closely so it doesn't overflow. However, this was probably just a glitch on my machine. Overall, I have really enjoyed the system. It's a great value. I love the fact that it can make one cup, a 1/2 carafe, of a whole carafe of coffee. It just gives you many options. I'd recommend for sure to anyone wanting a great coffee maker that can handle regular or specialty cups of coffee.

Awesome little coffee maker. It was packed well and arrived in great shape. The unit was easy to unpack and get setup. Remember to run some water through it to get it cleaned and ready for use. I'm switching from keurig and used the reusable kcup to measure my coffee and wow was it strong. I'm using less coffee now to make the same cup as before, love that. My wife and daughter enjoy the other features and have had some fun making various versions on their favorite drinks. Also like how easy it is to make a cup during the week when I'm running off to work and a full pot on the weekend when we're all at home. I will say at some point you will fail but keep trying and sooner or later you'll get your favorite recipe figured out. You'll have the taste you want at far less cost than your local coffee shop. Great coffee, stop waiting and buy it.

I'd had this maybe a month when the very top rim of the water holder. It's only gotten worse. The silver material next to the plastic just corroded away right away and it already looks terrible. Serious design flaw. Everything else about the machine is perfect.
