I have always had problems with my neck and shoulders as I am a side sleeper! I have tried hundreds of pillows without success. I have paid up to 185.00 for a wool pillow to no avail. This is the first pillow that has been comfortable!!!!!! I would fight anybody who tried to take it away from me!!!!!!

I have thoroughly enjoyed my Serta pillowo and slept much better with it since receiving it. In January, I pinched a nerve in my neck and had trouble waking up with a very painful neck. Once I received this pillow, I have not woke up once with any pain in my neck at all.. Thanks for putting out the email that contained this pillow.. It's a winner. My only regret is the stay cool side is not on both sides.

So far, it's great, but the covering is exactly like the last one we bought and we know how it will get a "pill-y" rough surface in just a few short months. Probably not an issue for women, but it seems that male facial stubble takes a toll on the fabric used.

These pillows are very comfortable appear to be well made , the always coolness is refreshing. A tad too flat for my liking but adjusting to them. We bought 7 of them and the family give a thumbs up. Even our neighbor borrowed one for a week and placed an order for her. She loves them

I bought 2 of these pillows for my husband because his existing pillows were out of shape and it was just plain time to replace them. He gets hot when he sleeps so I thought I’d try these for him to keep him cooler. He loves them and says they’re very comfortable.

It’s a pillow and my husband says it’s pretty comfortable and maintains its shape. He had no other feedback to give. He wishes it were less expensive, but as his wife, we have spent plenty of money on pillows to have this one work the longest, I say it’s a great investment.

The pillow conforms to your head and shoulders for maximum support and comfort. There is a slight odor when you take them out of the package. It dissipated pretty quickly. The pillows also keep their shape. Great deal on the in store price but really pricey to ship.

Great pillow! My husband hates when his pillow gets hot during the night. He will spend endless amounts of time flipping it which in turn keeps me up. This pillow has cut that down to a quarter of the time now. It's firm but soft at the same time if that makes sense. It holds its shape really well but it's super comfortable.

I bought two of these pillows thinking they would be big and fluffy. They are much smaller then i thought they would be and not as fluffy. I should have done more research before my purchase. Will end up giving to kids when they need new pillows. Too small and flat for me.

I love this pillow. My 87-year-old mother borrowed mine, after she complained about her neck aching in the morning. It helped her so much that she asked if she could keep it. Of course, I had to scramble to replace mine as soon as possible. We both love how cool it remains throughout the night, but the most important feature to us is the support it gives to your neck while cradling your head in cool comfort.
