My BF won one of these in a raffle and I had to buy a second because I loved it so much! I kind want two more just to keep in case they stop making them.

I normally buy neck contour pillows, but have been having trouble finding one that I like… So glad I decided to try this, it gives me great neck support and hopefully will not flatten out too quickly… Very happy with the purchase

This is a standard sized pillow and it is too soft if you're accustomed to firmer foam pillows. The temperature difference between this pillow and my regular pillow is negligible.

It feels quite firm, but is actually good for sleeping. It’s supportive but not hard. My biggest issue is that despite being called forever cool, it’s not. I had hoped it would really be cool. Oh well.

This pillow provides great relief throughout the night when hot flashes strike. Just turn the pillow and there’s another section ready to comfort me!

Although heavier than most pillows, it is so comfortable. I can curl the back so that it lifts my head to read and curl the side up when sleeping on my side.

These pillows are very comfortable appear to be well made , the always coolness is refreshing. A tad too flat for my liking but adjusting to them. We bought 7 of them and the family give a thumbs up. Even our neighbor borrowed one for a week and placed an order for her. She loves them

Great pillow! My husband hates when his pillow gets hot during the night. He will spend endless amounts of time flipping it which in turn keeps me up. This pillow has cut that down to a quarter of the time now. It's firm but soft at the same time if that makes sense. It holds its shape really well but it's super comfortable.

I did some research and finally purchased the serta cooling pillow from sam's club. I bought is for my daughter and he latest report was that she loves the pillow. Her neck rests easily on the pillow and she is getting a better nights sleep. Hope it lasts. Thank you.

It’s a pillow and my husband says it’s pretty comfortable and maintains its shape. He had no other feedback to give. He wishes it were less expensive, but as his wife, we have spent plenty of money on pillows to have this one work the longest, I say it’s a great investment.
