I bought this mattress topper from Sam's just as I have done before. I set it up just as the instructions said and let it sit out for 48 hours. After putting the cover on and sheets, blanket, and quilt, it sleeps great. The big issue is that every time I move or roll over, the rancid smell hits me like a brick. And now, after several nights, I have stripped everything off, it totally permeated the bedding. I will have to wash everything. The smell is strong throughout the end of the house. Innocor says to let it sit out more!!! I guess I need to get a hotel room☹️☹️

The new bed we purchased 6 months ago, is just right for me and to firm for the wife. We are always in Sams Club and noticed this Seta Matters Toper. We have a king size bed and purchased this one. It fit exactly right and we BOTH had a wonderful night rest. The king size was $ 179.00 and worth it. I would recommend buying.

SMELL: Yes, it has a chemical smell. It took 2 days in a ~90 degree garage for the smell to fade to almost nothing. It was a 2 car garage and within few hours the entire garage had a strong smell of the foam...so, if you can, air it outside of your home. DENSITY: I accurately weighed and measured the foam. The density is 2.74 lbs which is considered "low density". Don't expect to press your hand into the foam and have that image stay for more than a second or two. If you want that kind of foam, buy a latex topper of at least 6lb density. QUILTED COVER: No complaints. It's looks nice, it's soft and had no smell after washing it. It adds very little in the way of padding. FOAM COMFORT: This was for a 160lb person and it met their needs. The heavy parts of your body will compress the foam flat while the less heavy areas (neck) will receive gentle support. This is not a gel foam, so there is no cooling effect. It will retain heat rather than dissipating it; so plan on a few degrees warmer under the covers. SUMMARY: This a good quality, low density, foam product that will soften up a little too hard mattress.

I cannot wait until bed time now! I have had a few different toppers over the last few years and this is definitely my favorite. I was worried at first due to the reviews from people saying that it gets too hot but I think that might be due to the type of sheets that they are using. I normally get warm at night but that hasn't been an issue with this topper at all. We had gotten a new Serta King Size mattress that was supposed to be pillow top but wasn't as soft as we wanted so we purchased this and we have had it for 6 months now. No body aches and I love that you don't feel all the movement from the other side of the bed. Bought another one for my spare room.

We have a very nice pillow top mattress that we have had for a few years. I decided to purchase this since I was shopping for just a mattress pad. What a treat. Immediately I new I was going to love it. The first night sleep...heaven!!! Treat yourself and take the plunge. Don't bother buying a new mattress just add this.

So to start off I never write reviews, But do read them when making a purchase. I read all the reviews on this product and thought to myself man "man there are way more good reviews than negative this could be just what I'm looking for". In hind sight I should of paid more attention to the less than stellar reviews. When I got home and opened the topper everything was fin. the topper fit the bed well and didn't have an odor like some of the reviews said. Everything seemed good. The first night sleeping on the topper was interesting it kept rolling up on the edges and seemed to move all over the bed. I figured it just needed to break in. After a few days I was still having the same problem with the topper moving around while I slept. So I went to the local craft store and got some big safety pins. My thought was I could use the safety pins to tighten my fitted sheet to the mattress. (I have a king bed) I placed the topper where it needed to be on the bed installed the fitted sheet and pinned it to the mattress on all four corners as well as in the middle of the sheet so that it was as tight as I could get it to fit around the topper to hold it into place. To my disbelief even that didn't work. The topper still moved around and bunched up at the bottom of the bed. I have now had the topper for almost two months It still moves around like crazy. It was very comfortable for about the first month. Since then it has went down hill. It is though the area of the topper that sleep on has already broken down and is not providing the support it had only a month ago. Needless to say after almost two months I am back to sleeping on my mattress with no topper. The mattress that the topper was placed on is a little over a year old. I decided to buy this topper because I like a bed that is a little softer than my wife. After reading the reviews I thought that it would provide us with a happy medium. Myself the comfort of a memory foam topper and it would still allow my wife to have the support she likes. I was wrong after spending almost $200.00 on the topper two months later we are still in the same boat we were in before. Hope my review helps you out.

We have had this exact mattress pad for our King bed for at least 5 years, and it's wonderful! So, I ordered one for our nephew who's off to college. After we got the outer sleeve washed and ready to put on the foam part, we discovered that the foam was very discolored - it didn't smell but it was very dark yellow along the edges. YUCK! Sam's customer service told me I had to reach out to Serta; however, when I objected and reminded them that this is not a mattress, they gave me a return authorization and are sending me a label. Question is...how in the world do I get this thing back in the box? And now I have to start at square one to find another mattress topper QUICK!!

King size.. I opened this about 12 hours ago. It was smashed so flat in the box it has only expanded in less than 1/3 of the topper. The other areas are hard and completely smashed. I have bought whole mattresses that were in a box and never had an issue. This will be returned for sure, it was packed so tight it has ruined the foam.

We just bought a new firm mattress from Sealy. While we wanted a firm mattress we felt this one was a bit harder than expected so we purchased a 4 inch memory foam topper. It is comfortable, i guess, definitely softens the feel but we both think that sometimes it feels too warm and we wind up kicking off the covers. Also the thickness of the topper makes it difficult to keep sheets in place even though the sheets are deep pocket sheets. If I was able to roll this thing back up and squeeze it back into the box, I would probably return it. Given our lack of enthusiastic response to the topper and knowing what I know now, i wouldn't have bought it.
