the mattress topper pad slids off the bed. Every morning have to remake bed to get pad back where it belongs. It bunches up and you are continully trying to get comfortable thru the night. you cannot just roll over you have to lift yourself up or it moves with you. My lab even quit sleeping in the bed since putting on this pad and he has slept in our bed for 5 years.Would not recommend this product and going to return on next trip to Sams Club

I purchased one for our guest bed and my 77 year old mother loved it. So much so that she got one for her bed at home. Super soft. The only reason I gave it 4 stars rather than 5, is that it does sink quite a bit when you lay on it. So do be aware of this before purchasing.

So we used this in our camper to go on top of the very thin and sad camper mattress. We have only used it for 3 nights, but it made sleeping soooo much better! Some reviews said it made people hot, we did not experience that and my husband and I like a cool sleeping environment. As far as smell, we laid it out on our spare bed about 5 days before use, there was a slight chemical smell in the room(almost like new carpet would smell) but when we put it in the camper 5 days later we did not notice it at all.

This is NOT REURNABLE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have to file my complaint with the BBB. Both SERTA and SAMS CLUB have refused to take this UNOPENED MATTRESS COVER THAT LOOKS LiKE IT HAS BEEN URINATED ON BACK! I'll NEVER ORDER ONLINE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!

It’s all they advertised it to be. We got a queen size topper. It fits exactly. If you don’t have help putting it on be ready for a work out because it’s weighty. The fully zipped cover encases the whole thing. I’m in my 60’s and used to getting up about every 2 hours. Second night there was a span of 5 hours and woke in the same spot I laid down in. Saved us from buying another mattress for the bed for a while.

Every morning I was waking up so stiff that I could hardly move. I was house sitting for a friend and she had one on top of her bed. I slept better that night than I had in years. I was so rested when I got up. This topper is excellent to sleep on but it slips off the bed all of the time. I would take it back but the topper is the most comfortable that I have ever slept on. So the comfort from sleeping all night to having to push the topper back in place is worth it.

I bought a new mattress from Sams about 3-4 years ago. It was comfortable but too firm my 5'1 (250lb) body. I currently have lower back problems due to excessive lifting that has caused my back to contour and me losing countless hours of sleep. After buying this i am able to get my restful nights back and wake up feeling refreshed.

We got our Serta pillow top, memory foam toppers the end of December. We have an adjustable bed system with two extra long twin mattresses make our king bed. The toppers were very easy to add to our existing mattresses. We could sleep on them that same night with no odor from the foam, and they were nicely plumped to their 4” fullness within hours. They are so comfortable!! We have been sleeping on them for nearly a month, and we have no complaints of any kind. For those that might want to know, the toppers do work very well on adjustable beds. It is easy to recommend this product.

NOW U CAN ONLY USE ONE SIDE AND THEY. COST TWICE AS MUCH.WHAT THE HECK!. SO ANYWAYS I DECIDED TO TRY A TOPPER INSTEAD. I LOOK AT A LOT OF THEM. AND READ THE REVIEWS. AND DECIDED TO TRY THIS THE QUEEN SIZE SERTA 4' PILLOW TOP AND MEMORY FOAM MATTRESS TOPPER INSTEAD. IT WAS THE BEST DECISION THAT I COULD HAVE MADE. FELLS LIKE A BRAND NEW EXPENSIVE MATTRESS. After airing out on a sun porch for several days, I tried to put it on the bed and make the bed up. I couldn't stay in the room with it for more than a few minutes. The smell was so strong it caused an allergic reaction, i.e. my sinuses wouldn't stop draining down my throat and causing me to cough incessantly. I got the bed made, but it is in a guest bedroom so no one has slept on it yet. I've kept the ceiling fan going ever since, hoping that the smell would gradually dissipate. I guess we will see if it's usable when we have our next guest. I asked the maker to warn people of the possible health risks, but they just said 'if you don't like it, return it to the store as defective'. So much for customer satisfaction and concern for their customer's well being.
