We purchased this on hopes to mimic the bed we slept in on a recent vacation. It for sure is very lofty and are satisfied with the description and what we received. Purchased a queen (vacay bed was a king)..that may be where the problem lies. The insert on initial lay down for the night is quite luxurious. I read in bed and looked forward to my time in the bed sinking into my read and softly sinking into the bed! BUT, once going to sleep for the night and once my husband was in bed too I found myself spending the whole night readjusting myself. I was being pulled into the center leaving 1/2 my body in squishy paradise a d the other half in luxury softness. It sounds minimal but just like you can tell if one foot is covered and one foot is uncovered (and you're not looking for "heat relief") its very bothersome. I think (for me) this works if you are alone (in any size bed) or you are sharing a king size bed..those beds are so massive it really is like having your own bed right next to each other. We are average people. 5'7" and 5'11", with normal weights. He is 180 and I am....less (haha). As for the foam being warm..yes, i would say it does make your sleep warmer...but for me i could have dealt with that, its the unlevel feeling from one side of body to other that i couldnt get past. We had this on our bed for almost 4 weeks. I spent several nights moved to couch. I woke up all the other times groggy and unaligned. I REALLY tried to adjust to this. We have removed it and actually cut it down to fit my daughters twin size bed. The verdicts still out. Her first morning actually, yesterday) was not a huge win, we'll see today. I will say its not causing her to wake up any earlier (like me)...she's still a teenager!!

It has such a chemical smell. I have a sore theoatbwithin fifteen minutes of being in the room it’s in. I keep the windows open but I’m going to have to put it out in the sun. It’s super comfy but I m very sensitive to chemicals and it’s really bad for me. Was very disappointed in that. I have mattress toppers in our camper and they don’t smell at all from a different company. But they don’t make sizes for beds in homes.

Fantastic product. I wasn’t expecting it to come with the fitted sheet cover with a pad as well, it is so soft. If you need a firm bed this is not for you, but if you are comfortable melting into your mattress this is the one! I sleep so much better now.

Chemical smell is strong out of box & weeks later can still smell. Can smell it in your clothes after sleeping on bed. Also warning labels with product says highly flammable! Still waiting for chemical smell to go away! Love how it feels. Conflicted on weather or not to return. Would recommend a better product without the chemical smell

This is NOT REURNABLE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have to file my complaint with the BBB. Both SERTA and SAMS CLUB have refused to take this UNOPENED MATTRESS COVER THAT LOOKS LiKE IT HAS BEEN URINATED ON BACK! I'll NEVER ORDER ONLINE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered, came opened in box just shrinkwrapped. Returning. Should be in Serta box like last I bought. First one was awesome. I think this had been returned then resold.

These mattress toppers are the best… especially for the price. I’ve had one at least 4 years and it’s still like new…better than buying a new mattress

Bought this on an instant savings. It's awesome!! The bed is so cozy and comfortable. Noticeable difference. Would definitely buy again. It's well worth the investment.

Ordered this item twice and both times it was dirty and smelled bad. Finally ordered from somewhere else and had no problems. Seems like whoever packaged this from Sam’s didn’t check the product before they shipped it or didn’t care.

Only received the zippered cover. Did not receive the mattress topper. Emailed Sam’s and have not heard anything back to see if they will send it or refund. No mattress topper included in the package.
