This is not fiberfil . It doesn't have a gel memory foam pillow top either. It is exactly what it states on the box pictured. It's a 3 inch memory foam base with a quited protector that with a stretch of imagination can be considered 1 inch. Together they make a topper that's about 3.25 inches.

I have used Serta mattress toppers for probably 15 years. They have always been wonderful and lasted many years, until now. The new gel foam toppers are not the same and do NOT provide the support that regular memory foam does. They crush down to the surface below the topper, and if you have any kind of joint ache, will not help; in fact seems to make it worse. Don't waste your money on this.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this pillow top is just what my body needed to help help my aching body. I ordered a Lulaa bed in a box with firm on one side and soft on the other as it’s flippable! It was only two weeks and my shoulders and hips were hurting so badly. When I put this on within a few days my pressure points in hips, shoulders and my neck felt so much relief. It is noisy with the cover but it’s so worth it. Mine sets directly on my mattress and it creates about 15” high as the top layer doesn’t make one inch. The skid bottom stays in place on my bed and then I put my deep pocket sheet on it and I am so pleased. I thought I would have to return the mattress I bought here at Sams Club and what a hassle it would have been. If you like to lay down and your body sinks just enough to take pressure off your joints this will be the ticket for you!

Soft soft soft!

Was going to purchase another brand since this one was listed as online only. But when I got to our local Sams Club, this memory foam topper was there. So We purchased it. Opened it up and I have not noticed any unpleasant smell. Takes about 4 hours to fully expand. I can't wait to sleep on it. I did lay on it for a bit and no hip pain. "Thank you Jesus!"

I cannot wait until bed time now! I have had a few different toppers over the last few years and this is definitely my favorite. I was worried at first due to the reviews from people saying that it gets too hot but I think that might be due to the type of sheets that they are using. I normally get warm at night but that hasn't been an issue with this topper at all. We had gotten a new Serta King Size mattress that was supposed to be pillow top but wasn't as soft as we wanted so we purchased this and we have had it for 6 months now. No body aches and I love that you don't feel all the movement from the other side of the bed. Bought another one for my spare room.

I had this shipped to me and it arrived poorly packed in the box, which caused the box to fall apart. No packing was placed in the carton to keep the HEAVY mattress from shifting and tearing the cardboard carton. The mattress arrived with yellow stains on then ends. (I didn't unroll the mattress and look at the rest of it) There was no packaging around the entire mattress to protect it and the stains which the stains are the color of urine. The packing slip had Serta written on it but nothing else on the carton or item to verify it's Serta product. I will be returning it.

Great topper

The foam smelled really strong when we got it. Then a month & half started shredding it was all over my mattress and floor when I went to flip it over. We had a Serta 2inch foam mattress for 12 years never any issue! Very disappointed but Sams right away gave a refund for this.

I’m hoping Serta sees this review and makes the team that designed this product sleep on it. We owned the earlier design of this topper that we loved. That version’s 1 inch part was like a fitted sheet that held the 3 inch foam firmly in place. This absolute poor design has the foam enveloped in what reminds me of a big pillow case with a zipper. We have to readjust this thing every morning and it is a major headache. DO NOT PURCHASE unless you want to pay for disappointment.
