I bought this and returned it a week later. Good quality but it was a little hot and that was in the winter. Also gave me a little claustrophobia the way is hugged me. Also I have some neck issues, so while it let my shoulder sink in it kept my neck a little too bent while on my side and made my neck hurt. Not saying that it would be great for some but not great for me and my husband

I didn't realize how hard our guest bed was until we were forced to sleep on it while remodeling our master bedroom. After a terrible night's sleep I decided our guests deserved better, but I didn't want to spend several hundred dollars to replace the whole mattress that is only slept on a few times a year, so I shopped for toppers. This one had several excellent reviews so I thought I'd give it a go and I was not disappointed! Others mentioned a bad odor, but the one I bought had absolutely NO odor straight from the box. It unfurled nicely and best of all, our first guests to try it out (my son and his wife) said it was wonderful to sleep on and solved the hard mattress issue beautifully.

my mom raved about how good this is. but for me I can't sleep on this, its way too soft it does not fit my bed right, poor job on cutting the foam. I would not recommend to anyone, as I wish I could get my money back and or return. but there is no return policy

Bought this a couple weeks ago and love it! Easy to add to our California King size mattress. So comfy and soft it's hard to leave in the morning . Was worried it would smell weird ( memory foam sometimes does) and be too hot- it isn't smelly or hot! I want to cover every bed in the house with these! Great price too!!

We bought this topper to use on our California king bed. The mattress is only a year old, but was too hard and we were tossing and turning all night and in pain every morning. We were looking at a whole new mattress set, which would be $2200. The topper solved the problem for less than $200. It molds to your body and cushions hips, back, and shoulders, but still gives good support. No more aching back!

I was skeptical about buying this pillow, was sure I was going to have a stiff neck in the morning and wasn't sure it would be cooling but I was very impressed with it. It does keep your head cooler and is incredibly comfortable. I even went back and bought some for my husband!

We purchased this mattress topper to go over our queen-sized memory foam hybrid mattress. Our mattress itself is rated medium-firm, which is good for me as I have a medical condition with my back, but not so great for my partner. Without this mattress topper, our mattress was too stiff/firm for my partner's comfort, relegating them to sleeping on the couch each night. We took a chance on buying this mattress topper, believing either the topper was going to make the mattress usable for my partner or we would have to invest in a different mattress altogether. I am writing this review about 2 months after purchasing this product and thankfully this serta mattress topper has been worth every penny we paid for it, allowing my partner to get a good night's rest. I would not hesitate to purchase it again. I would also recommend it to anyone who needs to add some softness to their mattress without losing the supportive feel.

Such a great purchase! We bought a new bed about 6 months ago. My husband referred to it as "the slab". It was a plush mattress and not a pillow top and was too firm. I finally decided to get this topper and so glad I did. The bed is fantastic now! We couldn't be happier with the comfort. You won't be disappointed if you purchase this.

Was a bit worried about some of the negative reviews but glad I purchased based on the good reviews! Our not too old Memory Foam Matress was a bit too firm and my Husband was having lower back pain every morning! This topper is pretty soft and you do sink into it which cradles your body and supports your back. NO MORE LOWER BACK PAIN! Also, we were worried after 24 hours when the memory foam was still hard and bunched up in several spots! I was sick about thinking I would have to return it but after reading the instructions we kept it on top of our spare bed for over 48 hours and it was finally fully expanded. Maybe it took longer because of the bad packaging along with the cold winter temp. The warmth of the heater helped it along well. Glad I purched it and waited it out. I did place an extra matress cover over it to keep it in place so it does not move around anymore.

This mattress topper and pillow top are more than we ever hoped for! We were in the process of looking for a new King mattress as our old one had become WAY too firm for our aging bodies. Instead of making a huge investment, we decided to give this topper a try first. I was so happy to be able to sleep through the night without waking up constantly and trying to get comfortable without pressure on the hips and shoulder. We don't need a new mattress after all with the addition of this topper.
