I don't know what you were thinking when you changed the formula for Humectress. I've been using it as a leave-in conditioner for about six years and have thought it a wonderful product. It was a great conditioner and left me feeling that my hair was clean and fresh. I hate soaps and shampoos that leave an odor behind and will not use the new formula based on the smell alone. If you want a new product why don't you give it a new name. You'll be able to tell if it's better or not by the number of people who switch to it from (the original) Humectress.

I used this product almost 30 years ago and it saved my hair from the damage that perming and dying had done. Nothing worked as well as Therapee and Humectress in bringing the beauty back to my hair at the time. Recently, I was trying to remember the name of those products so that I may use them again, and the names came back to me. Here on this site I see that you changed the formula and that customers are not happy with what used to be wonderful products. How disappointing! I don't know what I am going to do now. I was counting on being able to use this product. Please go back to the old formula so that people may experience something wonderful. It happens sometimes - fixing things that aren't broken and realizing that you had a good thing going for you, as it did for Cocacola with Coke and Classic Coke. I will keep checking to see if you do return to your roots!

I have loved Humectress for many years but could immediately tell that something had changed without looking at the label. My hair was limp and lifeless and the scent was not pleasant. Not sure if I will continue to purchase after this bottle is finished.

I had used the previous formula Humectress for over 15 years..always enjoying the fact that it gave my thin hair volume and repaired any damage from perms. Always complimented on how healthy my hair was. Then you changed the formula... and now you rinse out the conditioner and it leaves my hair limp and lifeless. I am now looking for a leave in conditioner that will do the same as the previous formula..but am having little luck. Too bad to have such a wonderful conditioner changed. Bring back the old formula, please.

I'm not sure what I will do now that the original leave-in version, that's been around for decades, is gone! I've been using Humectress since early 1980's and everyday since 1990's. I have very fine yet wavy/curley hair and could always count on Humectress especially on dry hair to make my hair look really, really great and full. It saved me many times It smelled good too. It's fine to add new product but to change this product completely after all these decades is more than disappointing! Why not create another product - dont' change the classics. Also, Therrape is different

I have been using Therappe and Humectress for a very long time. Keeping it stocked up in the bathroom cabinet. When it came time to buy more I had to get the new formula. I wasn't hesitant even though I read the negative reviews. I thought maybe those people were having a bad day or they were planted by a competitor to post a negative review. Let me tell you, I was wrong. I can't believe the difference in this awful new formula. My hair would always be soft and manageable with the old formula. When I'd use the round brush to give it some wavy body it would take and hold until the next shampoo. Not with this new formula. My hair is not soft after shampooing/conditioning (sort of reminds me of straw) and it will not hold any kind of style I try to give it. I am very disappointed. I want to throw this stuff away and get something different but it cost too much. When the time comes to buy shampoo and conditioner again, you can bet it won't be Therappe or Humectress. I can't figure out why they would change something that didn't need changing.

I have been using this product for many many years and noticed that lately the formula has changed and my hair is now very static no matter how much conditioner I use. I have lots of very fine hair. It is just not as effective as it once was an I am very disappointed.

I have been using Humectress for 30 years. I am soooo disappointed with the latest version of it. It seems like each time it has been changed, it has decreased in quality. The latest change has me looking for something new to use. It now weighs my hair down. Don't like it at all.

I have used Humectress for over 25 years. I have thick, wavy, dry hair and old formual Humectress is the only conditioner that worked for me. The same person has cut my hair for the same period of time and she has always said that Nexxus Humectress is the best conditioner, she dosen't say that now about the new formula. This new formula is terrible, please bring back the old formula

I first used this product 30 years ago and it has always been THE product when my hair is dry/damaged/over-processed. I couldn't wait to get my recent order as I haven't used it in awhile, and BOY was I shocked to find this is NOT the product it once was! I used it once and returned it, it did nothing for my hair. It used to! Nexxus too bad you had to ruin a good thing.
