It took two extra shampoos before I got out of the shower to get the stink out! Please use the original formula! Mark the container that "fragrance" has been added so that if you do go back (please mark "original formula") I will purchase it again. Thank you from a user of over 10 years.

I have used humectress for many years on my fine relaxed hair as a leave-in and rinse out after my relaxers. It also was great with controlling flyaways. The last time i purchased humectress the product had changed, with new ingredients and with- out the benefit of a leave-in. Furthermore the results were far inferior. As I was unaware of the change when I 1st purchased it, I will no longer be purchasing any more nexxus products.

I randomly discovered this when I visited my parents and didn't bring any hair products. I have very coily/curly natural Black hair and this conditioner allows me to detangle my curls with very little effort! I don't know what type of witchery is in this product but in addition to easy detangling this conditioner leaves my hair soft and makes my curls pop! I have even recently discovered that my wash and go styles look extra juicy and defined when I leave this in my hair. I will never be without it!

My hair type is 4B kinky course curls. I have the worst hair dryness problem out there. This product truly helps to hydrate and restore moisture to my hair. My hair and scalp have been through ringworm infection, chemical damage, and color damage. I thought nothing would work. I have recently gone natural and this product has been my super hero! Goodbye dry hair, hello moisture!

i bought this product without any specific expectations, left it in my hair for 2 days washed it air dried it and WOW WOW WOW my hair has never been so soft and shiny it was like magic. my hair feels irresistible right after i flat ironed it it took me less than 45 min i have shoulder length thick curly hair. i was so impressed with this conditioner that i went out and bought 4 13 oz bottles for my mom, sister, cousin, and aunt just waiting to hear them gush about how amazing this stuff is.

I'm 66, a long time hairdresser. I have long hair and have used HUMECTRESS MOISTure for years. It's the best that I ever found that would take the static out and put moisture in the hair. I never understood why any-one would wont to stop makeing anything that was so great and that no one else had. No-one else has anything close to this, so, PLEASE make it again.

I have been a devoted user of Nexxus products, especially the Therappe shampoo & Humectress conditioner, ever since I started coloring my hair a few years ago. After I started coloring, my hair became a good bit drier, so I tried your "moisturizing" shampoo & conditioner, which worked fabulously! My hair felt wonderful...full & soft & not a tangle after getting out of the shower! Well, imagine my surprise & sorrow when I tried the new Humectress (haven't run out of shampoo yet), I noticed it immediately, but thought it was maybe just due to the humid weather down here in Florida or me needing a haircut. After a full week of using it, & now reading all these other reviews, my fears obviously are founded. You've changed the formula...in a major way! My hair now feels "brittle" & "haylike" & looks kindof frizzy, not to mention the many tangles that I had to fight through when it was wet & freshly washed & conditioned! I don't know if I now need to try a different formula of yours or just give up & head elsewhere. Please PLEASE go back to the old formula....or just call it something else......Humectress is not what this product is! :(

Ummmmmm, where is the protein???? Both the shampoo and conditioner have all the protein removed? This has always been branded as a protein set?? For those people that don't want that you have tons of other options, I don't understand!!?? And No protein overload isn't a thing when it's mixed with butters and oils. (Eye roll for whoever started that trend)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't know how they did it but this conditioner is a miracle in a bottle. I love how the light, sweet, natural, coconut scent matches with the shampoo but isn't EXACTLY the same (a bit more floral and tropical)! This leads to a nice scent layering instead of a one note fragrance. I have pretty thick, slightly wavy, dry hair but after the first use it was instant results. Because my hair is so thick I have issues with it being weighed down and lifeless. After use it felt like my hair got a needed drink of water. Every strand was "plump", full and hydrated. My hair was much more volumized and had a satin/silk like feel that created lots of movement and life. This was done without any kind of filmy feeling or residue coating. I've been using the system for more than 2 months now and haven't seen any sort of build up of any kind. Great product!

I have been using Humectress for years - it helped condition my fine, graying hair. I recently had to purchase the "improved" Humectress and do not like it at all. The fragrance is much too strong, and the product itself is nothing like the original. I agree with the other reviews - bring back the original product!!!
