I have used Humectress for over 32 years. I have always used it as a leave-in conditioner. Just a dime-size will do it! Has the product changed? It is much more runnier than before and the directions don't show it as a leave-in conditioner. I am still using it as a leave-in conditioner but very unhappy with the consistency of the product.

I preferred the old formula without the Caviar Complex. This Caviar Complex makes my hair feel so gushy and it oily so I had to stop using it. The old formula made my hair feel so strong without weighing it down. I miss it!!!! If you know where I can get the old formula, I'd be very grateful.

I have used Nexxus Humectress Ultimate Moisture conditioner (the one that comes in the tube) for over 35+ years. NEVER DISAPPOINTED. My fear is that this particular item may be discontinued. I hope this never happens. I have tried the other Nexxus hemectress ultimate moisture conditioners and Pro-Mend in the bottles, but they just aren't the same. I believe the consistency of NHUMC in the tube is perfect, but not so for the product in the bottles. I would like to know if the company plans to keep the NHUMC, in the tube, just as it is...including packaged in the tube.

I have struggled with my hair tangling REALLY easily and because of my curl type, I can't really brush my hair or it will frizz. So, I've always had to wash my hair everyday just to brush the knots out. I was out of my regular shampoo and conditioner at the store so I got this instead and I am SO GLAD I DID!!! I have not had a single knot like I usually do. I even tried sleeping with a bonnet, saying pillow cases, braiding my hair, etc. And nothing helped. BUT THIS PRODUCT CHANGED EVERYTHING!!! I will never go back. I love it so much. Thank you for creating something that can help me love myself better.

I used this product almost 30 years ago and it saved my hair from the damage that perming and dying had done. Nothing worked as well as Therapee and Humectress in bringing the beauty back to my hair at the time. Recently, I was trying to remember the name of those products so that I may use them again, and the names came back to me. Here on this site I see that you changed the formula and that customers are not happy with what used to be wonderful products. How disappointing! I don't know what I am going to do now. I was counting on being able to use this product. Please go back to the old formula so that people may experience something wonderful. It happens sometimes - fixing things that aren't broken and realizing that you had a good thing going for you, as it did for Cocacola with Coke and Classic Coke. I will keep checking to see if you do return to your roots!

I had used the previous formula Humectress for over 15 years..always enjoying the fact that it gave my thin hair volume and repaired any damage from perms. Always complimented on how healthy my hair was. Then you changed the formula... and now you rinse out the conditioner and it leaves my hair limp and lifeless. I am now looking for a leave in conditioner that will do the same as the previous formula..but am having little luck. Too bad to have such a wonderful conditioner changed. Bring back the old formula, please.

I have been using this product for many many years and noticed that lately the formula has changed and my hair is now very static no matter how much conditioner I use. I have lots of very fine hair. It is just not as effective as it once was an I am very disappointed.

I have used Humectress for over 25 years. I have thick, wavy, dry hair and old formual Humectress is the only conditioner that worked for me. The same person has cut my hair for the same period of time and she has always said that Nexxus Humectress is the best conditioner, she dosen't say that now about the new formula. This new formula is terrible, please bring back the old formula

I couldn't wait to get my recent order as I haven't used it in awhile, and BOY was I shocked to find this is NOT the product it once was! I used it once and returned it, it did nothing for my hair. It used to! Nexxus too bad you had to ruin a good thing.

As an African American, preventing breakage and retaining body is my ultimate concern. I routinely use a dime size of Humectress on my dry hair to prevent dryness and breakage. It does not leave my hair oily, which aids in promoting body while preventing breakage.
