I loved the old formula with the gray cap. I have fine hair and for some reason the old formula just worked. It didn't weigh my hair down, left it soft, and no flyaways. So miss this product. The new formula is to heavy for my hair. I have yet to find something that works close to how this product worked for me. I understand change but to bad you had to eliminate this formula. My search will continue.

PLEASE bring back the old formula of humectress. The original formula was FANTASTIC for all types of hair and all types of conditions. The new formula is non-effective and smells really bad. Re-label the original formula and sell it for more money. There are many people who would pay more for it simply because (unlike the NEW formula), it worked.

I've been using Humectress for over 20 years. The new formula is the worst ever. Why would they try to "fix" something that is not broken. I'll have to find something else. The new formula smells like a bottle of waste chemicals, and leaves my hair dry and brittle. It's the worst.

I LOVED the old formula and treasure the little bit i have left from a jumbo bottle I bought years ago. It was great for the gym or swimming pool to be able to put the dime-sized amount in my hand and LEAVE it in. It was worth the high price for the convenience. This new stuff is just like all the other rinse out conditioner except that I'm supposed to sit in the shower for 3-5 minutes waiting for it to work. That and it's a lot more expensive. I won't waste my money on this stuff again.

i bought this product without any specific expectations, left it in my hair for 2 days washed it air dried it and WOW WOW WOW my hair has never been so soft and shiny it was like magic. my hair feels irresistible right after i flat ironed it it took me less than 45 min i have shoulder length thick curly hair. i was so impressed with this conditioner that i went out and bought 4 13 oz bottles for my mom, sister, cousin, and aunt just waiting to hear them gush about how amazing this stuff is.

Use to LOVE my Humectress. Not anymore. You really need to go back to the old formula. New bottle, new formula, NO THANKS. Why?? Why change something that's great? Not a good idea... Guess I'll be shopping for a new shampoo & conditioner, I was a die hard Nexxus Therappe & Humectress fan until now.

I randomly discovered this when I visited my parents and didn't bring any hair products. I have very coily/curly natural Black hair and this conditioner allows me to detangle my curls with very little effort! I don't know what type of witchery is in this product but in addition to easy detangling this conditioner leaves my hair soft and makes my curls pop! I have even recently discovered that my wash and go styles look extra juicy and defined when I leave this in my hair. I will never be without it!

I have used Humectress for over 25 years. I have thick, wavy, dry hair and old formual Humectress is the only conditioner that worked for me. The same person has cut my hair for the same period of time and she has always said that Nexxus Humectress is the best conditioner, she dosen't say that now about the new formula. This new formula is terrible, please bring back the old formula

I used this product almost 30 years ago and it saved my hair from the damage that perming and dying had done. Nothing worked as well as Therapee and Humectress in bringing the beauty back to my hair at the time. Recently, I was trying to remember the name of those products so that I may use them again, and the names came back to me. Here on this site I see that you changed the formula and that customers are not happy with what used to be wonderful products. How disappointing! I don't know what I am going to do now. I was counting on being able to use this product. Please go back to the old formula so that people may experience something wonderful. It happens sometimes - fixing things that aren't broken and realizing that you had a good thing going for you, as it did for Cocacola with Coke and Classic Coke. I will keep checking to see if you do return to your roots!

It took two extra shampoos before I got out of the shower to get the stink out! Please use the original formula! Mark the container that "fragrance" has been added so that if you do go back (please mark "original formula") I will purchase it again. Thank you from a user of over 10 years.
