I wonder if all these people raving about Humectress have used up their last big bottle and tapped into the new formula yet? It is NOTHING like the original - I agree with other comments - very greasy, smells bad, makes hair feel dirty and stringy. Please bring back the old formula. As the other reviewer said I would not pay $3 for the new version. It is worse than dollar store quality. Very disappointed in what USED to be a fantastic, high-quality brand

I have been using Humectress for around 15 years and you have recently change the formula -- please\ change it back to the original - it was moisturizing without being heavy - now it feels completely different- like you added vitamin b to it - will not purchase again- I will look forward to you changing it back to the original

Bought a bottle of Humectress unaware the formula had changed. I thought I had mistakenly picked up shampoo instead of conditioner. I am actually getting more knots from using Humectress than if I use Therapy shampoo on its own. More knots, dry looking hair and static. All from this new formula. I'm tossing it. What a shame.

I loved the old formula with the gray cap. I have fine hair and for some reason the old formula just worked. It didn't weigh my hair down, left it soft, and no flyaways. So miss this product. The new formula is to heavy for my hair. I have yet to find something that works close to how this product worked for me. I understand change but to bad you had to eliminate this formula. My search will continue.

I've used Humectress for many years as a leave-in hair dressing. It's wonderful at helping my hair to shine and tames my frizzies. I can't imagine why a company would choose to change a winning formula to something I won't use. I miss the old formula. This new formula smells bad and doesn't work well as a leave-in any longer. Please go back to the old formula or at least sell the original formula as a hair dressing for those of us that loved it. Sorry to say I'm going through your competitor's products now in search of a replacement. I'd return to Nexxus Humectress in a heartbeat, if it were only the original formulation. Thank you for what used to be a great product.

I have used humectress since the late 1970's and wouldn't use anything else. I have a lot of very thick hair. This new formula makes my head itch and the floral, or whatever it is, scent is overpowering. It seems that the product is thinner as well. My hair feels greasy after I use it. Please pay attention to the reviews and change back.

I Have used this product for over ten years and highly recommended it to many clients in our salon. Then the product went public and could be bought in local stores which was fine until you changed the product. It is horrible now. The new packaging is great but you changed the smell of Humectress and the product itself. It is NOT the same conditioner as it was before and I am hoping you will realize that and change it back. The NEW Humectress does not condition the same, does not rinse clean as before, and weighs my hair down. As you can tell I do not like the changes that were made to my favorite conditioner one bit. I have been running around town the last few months buying up every bottle I can find in the original packaging, but running out of places to purchase it quickly. PLEASE GIVE US BACK OUR ORIGINAL HUMECTRESS.

I had used the previous formula Humectress for over 15 years..always enjoying the fact that it gave my thin hair volume and repaired any damage from perms. Always complimented on how healthy my hair was. Then you changed the formula... and now you rinse out the conditioner and it leaves my hair limp and lifeless. I am now looking for a leave in conditioner that will do the same as the previous formula..but am having little luck. Too bad to have such a wonderful conditioner changed. Bring back the old formula, please.

I have loved Humectress for many years but could immediately tell that something had changed without looking at the label. My hair was limp and lifeless and the scent was not pleasant. Not sure if I will continue to purchase after this bottle is finished.

This product is totally different than the old formula. The old formula was a "Ultimate moisture", the new formula is not. The old formula left my hair, soft and manageable with no frizzies. The new formula left my hair dry, unmanageable, and full of frizzies. I would not recommend this new product.
