I've been on hunt for a new conditioner since the original Nexxus Ultimate Moisture Conditioner is discontinued. I've had no luck with these cheapen new products Nexxus came out with. Please, bring back your Original Formula. We can't be fooled, we know the results the original formula gives us. Question - Why will you get rid of such an amazing product?

I have used Nexxus Humectress Ultimate Moisture conditioner (the one that comes in the tube) for over 35+ years. NEVER DISAPPOINTED. My fear is that this particular item may be discontinued. I hope this never happens. I have tried the other Nexxus hemectress ultimate moisture conditioners and Pro-Mend in the bottles, but they just aren't the same. I believe the consistency of NHUMC in the tube is perfect, but not so for the product in the bottles. I would like to know if the company plans to keep the NHUMC, in the tube, just as it is...including packaged in the tube.

I have been a devoted user of Nexxus products, especially the Therappe shampoo & Humectress conditioner, ever since I started coloring my hair a few years ago. After I started coloring, my hair became a good bit drier, so I tried your "moisturizing" shampoo & conditioner, which worked fabulously! My hair felt wonderful...full & soft & not a tangle after getting out of the shower! Well, imagine my surprise & sorrow when I tried the new Humectress (haven't run out of shampoo yet), I noticed it immediately, but thought it was maybe just due to the humid weather down here in Florida or me needing a haircut. After a full week of using it, & now reading all these other reviews, my fears obviously are founded. You've changed the formula...in a major way! My hair now feels "brittle" & "haylike" & looks kindof frizzy, not to mention the many tangles that I had to fight through when it was wet & freshly washed & conditioned! I don't know if I now need to try a different formula of yours or just give up & head elsewhere. Please PLEASE go back to the old formula....or just call it something else......Humectress is not what this product is! :(

Bring back the "old" fragrance! The new fragrance masks the odor when I finish my hair with the "old" Humectress, It makes me wonder what chemicals are used in the updated version, including how harsh they are, and if they are good for my hair. After using the updated version for a couple of weeks, I am not so pleased with it. My hair is frizzy and tangles more

I usedNexxus humectress for years ,more years than I can count .it always left my hair very manageable and soft the only conditioner I ever used and my hair never got used to it nordid it weigh my hair down or make it over conditioned .I don't know what you did to the formula but it's terrible now it was better when it was in the white bottle with the dark grey top I'm so sad that you keep changing the formulas of your products will not use again

I have used Humectress for over 32 years. I have always used it as a leave-in conditioner. Just a dime-size will do it! Has the product changed? It is much more runnier than before and the directions don't show it as a leave-in conditioner. I am still using it as a leave-in conditioner but very unhappy with the consistency of the product.

I have been using Nexxus Humectress for years, no matter what climate you are in, it keeps your hair soft and managable. I have also discovered that whatever type of water you may have soft or hard, it keeps your hair looking fresh, clean and healthly. I have recommended this product to all my friends its doesn't matter what length of hair. It's the best!

I first used this product 30 years ago and it has always been THE product when my hair is dry/damaged/over-processed. I couldn't wait to get my recent order as I haven't used it in awhile, and BOY was I shocked to find this is NOT the product it once was! I used it once and returned it, it did nothing for my hair. It used to! Nexxus too bad you had to ruin a good thing.

Kindly bring back the old Humectress!!!!!!!!! Not only did you change the scent, but how the product can be used. Took me a while to figure out that my hair felt dirtier after using the new Humectress because the directions had changed: no more putting it on damp hair and leaving it there, you have to wash it out!!! Would have been nice if you had put the change in how to use information in bold on the revised product. I don't have time for one more timed step in my hair care. Until you bring back the old Humectress, I will no longer use the product. I will miss it.

I had been using the Humectress shampoo and conditioner for the past decade and absolutely loved them because they good for my long hair. Recently, I purcahsed this caviar products from Costco because I couldn't find my usual Humectress shampoo and conditioner.After using this product for a month, I am inclined to report that this product is most useless shampoo I have ever come across. Not only did it cause my hair to tangle, it damaged my hair. My thick long hair is now thin and and lifeless . I am so dissapointed and upset and will not recommend any product from this company to anyone again.
