I'm 66, a long time hairdresser. I have long hair and have used HUMECTRESS MOISTure for years. It's the best that I ever found that would take the static out and put moisture in the hair. I never understood why any-one would wont to stop makeing anything that was so great and that no one else had. No-one else has anything close to this, so, PLEASE make it again.

Nothing will ever compare to the original formula. I keep and old empty bottle with the ingredients listed just in case they ever remake it. I have struggled with my hair tangling REALLY easily and because of my curl type, I can't really brush my hair or it will frizz. So, I've always had to wash my hair everyday just to brush the knots out. I was out of my regular shampoo and conditioner at the store so I got this instead and I am SO GLAD I DID!!! I have not had a single knot like I usually do. I even tried sleeping with a bonnet, saying pillow cases, braiding my hair, etc. And nothing helped. BUT THIS PRODUCT CHANGED EVERYTHING!!! I will never go back. I love it so much. Thank you for creating something that can help me love myself better.

I am so saddened and confused by this reformulation. This seems to be a completely new product designed for an entirely different customer base. No more elastin, no more keratin, no more collagen, no more coconut oil. All of the ingredients I liked about this product were removed, yet the price is the same. I've been religiously using humectress products for a couple years with incredible results. At first I thought the packaging had just changed, but as soon as I rinsed my hair for the first time with this new version, I knew I'd need to find a new conditioner again. The difference is immediately noticeable, and not in a good way. The smoothness and hydration I used to get just isn't there. My hair doesn't even feel like my hair anymore. The texture is drier, more prone to tangling, and no where near as soft. I think I'm better off opting for Dove at this point (plus it's half the price). It's really unfortunate, though - I'd actually be willing to pay more for the old formula. I'm worried I'll never find anything as good to replace it. This new one feels no different than any run-of-the-mill generic conditioner. It's certainly not worth the money anymore. Really, I just want my old hair back :(

Ummmmmm, where is the protein???? Both the shampoo and conditioner have all the protein removed? This has always been branded as a protein set?? For those people that don't want that you have tons of other options, I don't understand!!?? And No protein overload isn't a thing when it's mixed with butters and oils. (Eye roll for whoever started that trend)

This product has an amazing smell, the consistency is so thick and creamy it moistures the hair extremely well. My hair felt smooth and shiny for a WEEK after first use! I have been using this product for 3 months now and I can 100% say the change in my hair is DRAMATICALLY noticeable and I have never received so many compliments until now!

I had used the previous formula Humectress for over 15 years..always enjoying the fact that it gave my thin hair volume and repaired any damage from perms. Always complimented on how healthy my hair was. Then you changed the formula... and now you rinse out the conditioner and it leaves my hair limp and lifeless. I am now looking for a leave in conditioner that will do the same as the previous formula..but am having little luck. Too bad to have such a wonderful conditioner changed. Bring back the old formula, please.

This product is totally different than the old formula. The old formula was a "Ultimate moisture", the new formula is not. The old formula left my hair, soft and manageable with no frizzies. The new formula left my hair dry, unmanageable, and full of frizzies. I would not recommend this new product.

I have been using Humectress Ultimate Moisturizing Conditioner for 6 years and as an african american woman a good conditioner is hard to find . i transformed my dry damamged hair to shiny long strong bouncy hair i use no other products the scent is wonderful and the results are great its a miricle i even use it as a leave in its a must for every woman of color with dry damaged hair along with the botinoil shampoo it works wonders
