It comes in different flavors, but I tried the peanut butter one. It makes a great protein snack with 12 grams of protein but it has 250 calories wich is a bit high for just a snack. Tastes great though.

It doesn't have that chalky taste that most protein bars have. It still tastes like a normal KIND bar. These are perfect for hiking, camping and road trips. The one I received is the peanut butter which was great. It has 12g of protein...but these are plant protein so it's healthier. I recommend this to anyone who usually eat protein bars.
