It was sweet and nutty the filling was crunchy not too high in sugar. Great healthy snack to avoid the midday crash

The high fiber is especially important for me. It was sweet and salty just the way I like it. The perfect snack for on the go or dessert! I have yet to meet a Kind bar that I haven't liked.

I enjoy them as a snack throughout the day a heathy quick pick me up . Also helps if your sweet tooth is demanding some chocolate or sugar since there’s a variety of flavors to choose from.

As someone who works out a lot, it can be difficult finding foods that provide both fuel and protein while still tasting good, but these bars check all three of those boxes. I'm definitely going to keep a box of these around for a quick pre-workout (or, honestly, anytime) snack.
