The bar itself is packed with peanuts, on the bottom is a layer of peanut butter. Personally it was ok. Probably won't pick up on my regular grocery runs.

They were very filling and satiated my hunger for several hours and KIND bars are also pretty healthy so you don’t feel guilty snacking on one.

And this is it! They have no protein taste, they taste very similar to the normal Kind bars, and their consistency is equal as well. I have been eating them for breakfast when I’m running late, and one bar lasts me until noon or even one. They are my new staple!
