The protien in it, along with a nice drink of water, helped keep me full when I had worked out and then had to jump into a round of meetings that did not allow for a meal. I can't speak to how well it travels but the texture and ingredients indicate that it may melt a bit if left in too warm spaces. Overall, while it's not something I'd eat everyday it's a great and yummy snack in a pinch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I sampled the peanut butter bar. The bar had good flavor and the peanuts went well with coffee. It is a decent snack that gets your protein up. I would recommend this to friends. I can’t think of anything that would improve the snack bar.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this protein bar. I had the Crunchy Peanut Butter flavor and will definately be getting more of them. Although, the name is a little misleading as it is not a crunchy bar. It's soft and chewy, which I actually prefer most of the time. It does have pieces of peanuts in it, so maybe that's the crunchy part they are referring to. I have a hard time eating enough protein, so I always look for snacks that are higher in protein and still taste good. This has 12 grams of protein, and I loved the taste.

It’s filling and delicious Dash the perfect thing to keep in my bag for a crazy day or a missed lunch. My only feedback would be I wish kind had a truly 100% sugar free bar for those of us struggling with blood sugar issues.

I like that one bar is 12 grams of protein and low in sodium and sugar. Overall, these are good protein bars for a healthy snack.
