My only wish is that (in addition to being a bit less expensive), that you could tell the used filter from the new one, if you forget to toss the old one before opening the new one -- there is no way to tell them apart once both are sitting next to each other on your kitchen counter.

PITCHERS AND FILTERS ARE GREAT BUT WEB SITE IS IMPOSSIBLE TO USE.

easy to replace filters. just need to make sure it is done as often as suggested.

The Brita filter is easy to replace and I have not seen any residue in the water.
