They work much better than the store brand filters and seem to filter my water perfectly. My biggest complaint is that the little carbon specks tend to get into the reservoir. No matter how I fill it, carbon always leaches out. Slightly frustrating, but overall a great solution to a growing problem

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is SO easy to replace the filter in my pitcher...AND it tells you when you need to change it. One less thing for me to keep track of! I also LOVE the color of mine!!! Our water in town is...YUCK...the filter makes our water taste so good!

I enjoy the replacement filters in my dispenser because our water is heavily chlorinated and it improves the taste. I feel better about my children having water at their fingertips instead of reaching for juice or soda. The filters also filter out some of the chemicals that are added into the water. However, I am never sure what chemicals or impurities are in bottled water.

I've had a Brita pitcher for city water and it definitely tastes very good.

I am finding LOTS of charcoal and grey water still
